00:00As the storm period for the mid-term elections comes to a close, the House Speaker and the Tingog Partialist vowed full support for the administration's Senate candidates on the eve of their meeting di Avance in Mandaluyong City.

00:13PTV Senior Correspondent Mela Lismoros talked with a number of House lawmakers and we have her on the phone to get us up to speed on developments. Mela?

00:24Princess Lakas CMD President and House Speaker Martin Romualdez together with Tingog Partialist vowed to deliver Eastern Visayas full support behind the Alianza para sa Bagong Pilipinas Senatorial Strait of President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr.

00:41During today's massive unity rally in Eastern Visayas, Speaker Romualdez assured a coming together on May 12 for a straight win for the administration candidate.

00:50This includes Senators Francis Tolentino, Lito Lapin, Bong Revilla, and Pia Cayetano, former Senators Tito Soto, Ping Lakson, and Manny Pacquiao, Makati City Mayor Abbey Binay, former DILG Secretary Brenner Abalos, and Congressman Irwin Tulfo and Camille Villar.

01:07Tulfo, Abalos, and Tolentino personally graced the unity rally.

01:11Speaker Romualdez said he talked to the President about this event and the Chief Executive thanked them for all the support.

01:17At this point, that's here part of my interview with the lawmaker.

01:22O klo, siyempre naman, sinabi ko naman, nandito tayo, at andito yung mga ibang mga senatorebos at yung mga representante nila.

01:29At alam mo naman, si Presidente, hindi lang Ilocano, kalati yan, waray.

01:34Kaya siyempre, magpapasalamat talaga siya, mga pag-deliver natin yung talagang karayag na na-straight natin yung alianza.

01:42Speaker, are you confident yung 11 na pasok sa eleksyon?

01:45I'm hoping for it, but we're going to do everything we can.

01:49Sa akin, pag tayo po ipinalad sa Senado, na magtatrabaho po tayo, hindi lang po ako magiging mambabatas na nasa Senado,

01:58iikutin ko po ang Pilipinas para marinig po yung mga problema ng kababayan natin.

02:04I think it's not just a show of force. It's our way of expressing our support for the President.

02:09A very strong to support for someone we consider our own.

02:14Hindi ho namin pwedeng pabayaan ang Pangulo sa pag-tutulak po ng kanyang agenda para sa ikakabuti ng ating bayan.

02:24Asahan po ng Pangulo at ng kanyang slate ang suporta po ng regionate.

02:28Princess, tomorrow the alianza will hold their meeting the avance in Mandaluyong City.
