00:00So when this application came up from the start we knew it wasn't right. None of us are against
00:07solar but you know it's got to be in the right place not on 74% of BMV land in a beautiful rural
00:15environment with a wildlife corridor running through it so we knew we'd had a strong case
00:20but of course you know this has been set out in a council strategy to want to have this but we
00:26battled on and with the parish council supporting us and teamwork finally common sense won through
00:33and we've won it today and we're confident it was refused on very reasonable grounds so we got a
00:38strong case to fight an appeal.
