00:07low priority on the microsoft outlook desktop application using a mac computer what i thought

00:13i do let us start the video so in this tutorial you need to have access to a mac computer have

00:18access to the desktop application microsoft outlook we can now start the tutorial before

00:55let's now focus on the video so now let's go around to the dock go to launchpad go to the

01:00microsoft outlook application search for this enter to open up the application wait for that to load

01:06once that has loaded now let's go to the top left corner of the screen where we have new email to

01:10compile the new email let's now compile the email hello

01:16this is a test email let's now add in a signature that we have created in the previous tutorials yes yes

01:31that's now been inserted

01:35kind regards and now what we will do is go to recipient add the computer science videos business

01:45gmail account double click on this to expand that to confirm that in fact it is the computer science

01:50videos business at gmail account let's choose the subject test email and now the main purpose of this

01:58tutorial is to choose a priority level for the recipients so they know that once this email has come

02:06through if they need to jump straight onto the email or they can wait a few days before

02:11the attention to detail in that email so low priority and there we go so we can now click on send

02:22as you can see via that notification the email has been sent

02:27in the previous tutorial there was a slight issue with the priority level not being shown

02:35in that email what it was sent if i were to let's just say now go to send emails and there we go

02:41so that email that we have sent is with low priority and the email prior to that is high priority so what i

02:50will do is minimize our look for the moment now let's go over to the dock go to launchpad go to your

02:57additional web browser google chrome wait for that to load once that has loaded we will be navigating to

03:05our gmail account via a shortcut on the top right corner gmail let's now click on that email hello this

03:15is a test email kind regards from the admin

03:20as we can see that priority level is not available we will need to look into this as to why this has

03:28happened so we can now quit google chrome now let's go right on to the dock go back to microsoft outlook
