25:37The crispy bits are adding a beautiful saline quality, incredible texture and flavor.

27:21This is a delicious ground veal.
27:23Ravioli, handmade pasta, touch of chili, tomato ragu.
27:28To make handmade ravioli, incredible.
27:31Ravioli is hard to make.
27:32It's a tasty dish.
27:33The flavor profile is excellent.
27:35Next up, it's a beautiful grilled octopus with angel hair pasta, grilled eggplant, amazing tomatoes.
27:42The octopus itself is splendid, delicious, and the sauce is great.
27:47Sometimes it's what you don't put on the plate that can win.
27:50There's about six extra things that don't need to be there on this plate.
27:54Okay, next up is a classic take with a roasted tomato sauce, a spaghetti and lobster.
27:59It doesn't look like much.
28:00It looks like the pasta is under-sauced, but when you actually get in there, the sauce is delicious.
