00:00yeah how does it feel to have been well ultimately relieved you know I've
00:07represented parts of that ward for 17 years so it's good to be able to carry
00:11on and you know certainly it's going to be a very different council going back
00:15to what we have without you know blowing your own trumpet I think a little bit of
00:18experience will actually help with a large contingent of reform we're clearly
00:23going to be there and congratulations to them for the result they have but they
00:27are going to need a little bit of experience guidance and I'm ready and
00:31willing to provide that to anyone our primary aim is to look after three and
00:36a half thousand staff 1,200 children to whom we are corporate parents 9,000
00:40adults to whom we owe a duty of care on the care side and ultimately 425,000
00:46residents that's our focus that's what we need to do there are no simple solutions
00:50and I'm more than willing to help anybody from any party in order to try and make
00:55sure that those priorities are my priorities are always working for you not
