00:00Hi, I'm Julie Davenport and I'm a candidate for Cochrane, Delivery, and Ryan Youngport.
00:08And how are you feeling today, Julie?
00:10Well, I think just, you know, waves have been for the last two months, like I have,
00:16been up and down flights of stairs, you know, just running around delivering secrets,
00:24because being independent, you know, I haven't got the power to help them.
00:28So after two months, it's just a relief, you know, that it's over,
00:33and that I can have a nice, relaxing weekend.
00:36So that's how I feel at the moment.
00:38How confident are you feeling to keep you safe?
00:41I feel good till it's not good, you know what I mean?
00:45It's, yeah, I mean, I have a lot of loyal support in my area,
00:50and they've all been coming to me and saying,
00:53we've voted for you and wish me luck.
00:57So it certainly won't fit that I can try for the whole community, if I don't care.
01:04But it's good till it's not.
01:07And just on Reform, obviously they're causing a bit of a storm here.
01:10Yes.
01:11What are your kind of thoughts on them, and what are your thoughts on them in your ward as well?
01:15How many are standing in your ward?
01:17Oh, there's three.
01:18There's three, yeah.
01:19Yes.
01:20How I feel, I've always felt perfect to feel good to get counsellors.
01:26I wasn't expecting so many of them.
01:29But they're very good at shouting and recycling.
01:32And it would be good for them to realise how incredibly difficult it is to run a council,
01:40when you haven't got money.
01:42Because so many people think, well, we've had that, we should have this, we should have that.
01:46But of course, there's not enough money.
01:49No person has got enough money to have anyone in the ward.
01:53So, yeah, they have to stop the planning and start delivering.
02:00They say they're going to fix it.
02:02And if you do get in, what's your kind of first point of action?
02:05What will you do straight away?
02:07Well, I've still got a few things I need to do in my ward.
02:10So I will continue on.
02:13You know, it's just a continual thing.
02:16And I'm still, you know, getting lots and lots of emails.
02:19There's lots of people out there who need help.
02:22So I would just be available.
02:26Perfect. Thank you very much.
