00:00If you never had fried pasta tacos,
00:02you probably want to watch this one.
00:04When I saw fried pasta tacos, I knew I had to try them.
00:08First up is to get your ground beef going
00:09and in the meantime, also get your pasta cooking.
00:12We're cooking manicotti shells.
00:13You want to cook them until they're just under done.
00:15Add in a little taco seasoning, some green chilies,
00:18and a can of Rotel that's well-drained.
00:19When your filling comes together, take it off the heat
00:21and stir in two cups of shredded cheddar.
00:23You know this is going to be good.
00:24Drain your pasta, then rinse it with a little cold water
00:26to stop cooking and make it easier to handle.
00:28Take your filling and spoon it into your pasta shells
00:31and fill them up.
00:32Pop them in the freezer for about 30 minutes
00:34and then we're going to bread them.
00:35Just dip them in a little egg wash.
00:36This is just eggs with a little milk
00:38and then into some crushed tortilla chips.
00:41Then they're ready for the air fryer.
00:42Air fry these at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
00:48Mm, that's some good stuff.
00:50It's got it all going on and this is the surprise treat
00:52to bring out at your next party.
00:54Trying to decide if my ancestors will be mad at this.
