00:05You are actually looking at some of the footage that was captured in the local area during the fire.
00:12It was a huge response with over 100 firefighters attending the scene.
00:18Of course, it wasn't just a substation that was affected.
00:24Part of the roof of a nearby residential building also caught fire.
00:30Which resulted in the evacuation of around 80 people from that block of flats.
00:36This is, of course, the second substation fire in London in the space of two months.
00:43With the substation fire that caused Heathrow Airport to completely shut down.
00:49Only taking place just last month.

01:19Due to the fire involving a high-profile piece of infrastructure that was affecting nearby residential buildings,
01:27a major incident was declared by the London Fire Brigade at 0826 this morning.
01:34I'm pleased to inform you that that declaration was stood down at 10.53.
01:41Firefighting operations will continue.
