Before executing the attack, the terrorists allegedly asked everyone’s names to identify specific targets. Suspicion arose among the tourists, prompting them to try descending the mountain quickly. When confronted, the terrorists engaged in an argument, which possibly derailed their plan. Ekta claims that one of the men involved matches the appearance of a terrorist whose sketch was recently released by authorities.
