00:05Sam is from Yvonne's, located at Two Winter Place in Boston, and we are mixing up some cocktails to enjoy with Monkey Shoulder 100% malt whiskey, voted the top trending whiskey by the world's best bars.
00:17Now, Sam, what are we mixing up here?
00:18So today we're making the As the Chips Fall, which is an espresso martini riff made with a potato chip infused monkey shoulder.
00:26So we're going to start with a little bit of that.
00:28You said espresso martini, something or other, infusion type thing.
00:32You are already near and dear to my heart, because espresso martinis are my favorite drinks.
00:37And with a monkey shoulder twist, it's going to make it ten times better.
00:41So we're doing a little bit of espresso as well.
00:43Okay.
00:44Some coffee liqueur.
00:46Okay.
00:48And then just a little bit of brown sugar syrup.
00:50Mmm.
00:51Brown sugar syrup.
00:55Shake it up, shake it up, shake it up.
00:58Ooh, I love it.
01:02Okay, that looks fantastic.
01:05It really does.
01:06Oh.
01:06Finish you off with a little bit of whipped cream.
01:11Okay.
01:13That just made it, like, a hundred times better.
01:15That looks really, really good.
01:17And then I'm going to top it just with some crushed potato chips.
01:21Potato chips.
01:22Now, what made you decide to put the potato chips?
01:25So there's this big thing that's been going around.
01:27It's like an espresso martini with Parmesan cheese.
01:30And so I'm just using that idea with something, like, savory.
01:34Makes sense.
01:35And then mixing it with the sweet and sort of the finer parts of that monkey shoulder.
01:40Yeah, and that looks like it would go great together.
01:43And I can't wait for everybody to try it.
