00:17Now Mirena, what are we going to be mixing up here?
00:18So today we're making the Summer Solstice, the Monkey Shoulder based cocktail that I
00:23infused with a little bit of toasted paroaceae.
00:26Ooh, that sounds fancy.
00:29Just a little something something before you go in.
00:33Gotta have the Monkey Shoulder, that's the best part, best ingredient.
00:37Next we have a little fresh watermelon syrup.
00:40Ooh, I anticipate this being a nice summer, like back by the deck, barbecuing, or even
00:50by the pool type of drink.
00:51Pretty much anywhere, yeah.
00:52Wonderful.
00:53It's everywhere.
00:54A little lemon juice.
00:55Okay.
00:56A little grape juice.
00:58Ooh.
00:59And then we like it super citrusy, so we also do a little bit of lime.
01:04Wonderful.
01:05It's got a nice little explosion of the different flavors in there.
01:09And then we're just going to top it off with a little bit of saline, just a little salty
01:14situation.
01:15Ooh.
01:16I like that.
01:17And then we'll shake it up.
01:19Alright.
01:20I can't wait to see what this one's going to look like.
01:22We have our glass here.
01:23We have a little bit of smoked salt and dehydrated lime zest on the rim.
01:24We'll do a little fresh ice.
01:25Okay, that looks like the perfect summer drink.
01:26And then just a little bubble on top.
