00:00It's time we're embarking on a trade-up journey oh look at that which could change new dad Aaron's
00:07life me and Elvis gonna work hard for you that would mean the world to me but landing him a top
00:12of the range SUV is a massive test of Elvis's skills and if we have got a problem with the
00:16chain that means doing a full rebuild and my trading tactics I know you can do I believe in
00:22I'm not Harry Potter we've all got a dream car for most it remains out of reach I've always said
00:33to myself when I was younger that when I get older I'll I'll buy one but unfortunately it's
00:36just been a dream so I'm taking on the ultimate trading challenge to make motoring dreams come
00:43true next time you see me Kate I'll be with your dream car thank you here's how I meet car lovers
00:50who hand over their daily drive where's the petrol flat I think that flew off down the M1 on
00:54and whatever savings they can spare about 500 pounds 500 quid through a series of trades this
01:01is a monumental gamble and money-making deals I'd offer you 3,000 pounds hold out your hand I'll
01:07trade up yeah lovely until I got enough money to buy the car they've always wanted it's brilliant
01:12I'm lost for words I'll draw on years of experience and share my tricks of the trade if the weather's
01:19like this I wouldn't get that roof working what we can sell this for more than double what I paid
01:23for it helping me in the workshop is ex-formula one mechanic Elvis such an inconvenient place to
01:30have to work this it won't go forwards it only goes backwards yeah you just wasted 2,300 quid of
01:35our money the pressure is on seriously to deliver you drink that dream car oh that's crazy
01:43well today I'm at one of my favorite motor in mecca's this is caffeine a machine where
01:55Audi are put on the display I'm meeting a guy whose dream car it's an Audi Q7 his name is Aaron
02:0135 year old Aaron moved to the UK from Grenada in 2010 a CCTV engineer by trade he was saving hard
02:10and was well on his way to getting himself his dream luxury SUV an Audi Q7 but then his family
02:17went from two to three and those savings suddenly disappeared now he'll never get that dream car
02:24without our help time to find out a bit more about him and his family Aaron hello nice to meet you
02:31buddy hey you enjoying the all these beautiful how did you like it I'm loving it I'm loving it okay
02:37this is what you want you want one of these didn't you oh yeah hopefully probably I can go away with
02:41one today no no let's lower your expectations of what I can find in fact why don't we go and sit
02:47down and let's discuss your dream car perfect nice one so why an Audi Q7 the Audi Q7s they're amazing cars
02:59they're safe for one it's practical it has a big engine in it also the luxurious feel of the interior
03:07yeah they are lovely and just the presence of an Audi on the road it keeps the heads turning and you
03:13have actually been trying to save for your own dream car yourself is that right yes I have been
03:18putting away 200 pounds every month nice one to try to get my dream car but we had a nice surprise
03:25like okay so tell us about the surprise I had a handsome wonderful loving baby boy called Elijah
03:30oh that's brilliant and it's the car fun you know where it's going there you know where it's going
03:39babies are cheap babies are very very expensive exactly so we had to move on from where we were
03:44staying we had to get a new place a bigger place and fun shrunk if I was to get you that car what
03:51would it mean to you what difference would it make to your life if you were to get with a Q7
03:56today or tomorrow it's not that quick I might have to go and work for one yeah one of the first things
04:02I'll do I'll try to go to Hungary to my in-laws because since my son has been born they haven't seen him
04:08physically fantastic and if I were to get the car that's one of the first place I would go
04:13I love these cars what's not to like about a big luxurious spacious SUV with a three liter engine
04:21which still packs the petrol head punch that every car lover is looking for what a fantastic choice
04:27for the family man Aaron the Q7 first took to the roads in 2005 and over 15 years later is still
04:34leading the class earning the tag best luxury SUV from what car magazine in 2021 so what do you do
04:42for a living I'm a CCTV engineer by trade I've been doing that job for almost three years now yeah I
04:48travel all over this country I wake up say 4 30 almost every morning yeah go to work right it helps
04:56with the deterrence of crime yeah it helps with the prevention of crime it helps with solving crime
05:00yeah and I think it's a really good job I think it's a really important job to do Aaron's a great
05:07guy and I'd love to get him that Q7 so he can go and see his in-laws the only problem is they're not
05:12cheap so I'm hoping he's got a decent car for me to start with and a nice pot of cash this is your car
05:19no that's not one mate run a captor uh no I got a feeling I know what it is because I can see a
05:27child seat in it it's this little Skoda Fabia isn't it it is a Fabia Mike and it's actually Arbia because
05:33the F is missing at the back so it's it's Darcy the Arbia uh well listen first impressions uh somebody's
05:41done a really bad repair job on this wing right now I would say that's me Mike you did that with a
05:46can of aerosol and you've obviously painted that on a hot day yeah it was a hot day yeah that's
05:51because the paint's dried as it's come out the can and hit the paintwork nice and straight down the
05:57rear and you wasn't lying was he it does actually say Abia I was telling you I wasn't lying so this
06:07is a good starting point but this alone isn't going to get there so I am going to need some money to help
06:12me along the way well actually out of that phone I got uh 2,200 pounds and I believe you can do it
06:19Mike I know you can do it Mike I believe in you I'm not Harry Potter right I'm not a magician I can
06:26definitely go to work with this yeah but listen it's going to be tough right there's going to be
06:30a few flips along the way me and Elvis are going to work hard but we're going to work hard for you
06:35that would be mean the world to me I do like Aaron's little Skoda what a nice little car I also
06:40like the fact that it's giving us a couple of grand out of these savings the only problem is
06:44an Audi Q7 a decent one we're looking at least what 11 12 grand which means I'm going to have
06:51to quadruple the pot a funny feeling this is going to be a tough one well it goes didn't it hey the
07:03beauty of these they sell so easy because there's always somebody looking for a cheap and affordable
07:09little runaround but this is a long way from being an Audi Q7 and the thought of Aaron driving this all
07:16the way to his in-laws in Hungary I think it would do it but it would be a very painful and long journey
07:22time for me to introduce Elvis to his first ever Skoda Abia this is Aaron's little Skoda Fabia we've
07:37got to somehow turn this into a Q7 he wants to turn that into a Q7 he certainly does yes I mean wow I
07:45mean I mean not a bad car but I mean can't be worth much more than a grand you're absolutely
07:51right it's gonna be a big one but the good news is these are cracking little sellers and being a
07:55cheap starter car don't think we'll have a problem selling it but I can't sell this for that wing
08:01looking as bad as it does we need to put that right okay there is good news yeah he's give us
08:06this car and you ready sure 2200 quid oh that's a good stuff not bad is it not bad at all so that
08:12means you can get cracking with this straight away and I will go and get trading in the office
08:16there's a lot I can do in the workshop but painting the front wing on the Skoda needs
08:24specialist equipment and setups that we just don't have so I've brought the Fabia around the corner to
08:31my mate Kev's spray booth because I don't have one and I've already done a lot of the preparation
08:35I've rubbed the wing back I've mixed up the paint I've debriefed it and now go over it with a tack
08:40right and I'm ready to put that first coat of paint off unlike Aaron and his rattle can the
08:48professional air gun allows me much better control of the spraying I'm doing long sweeping passes so
08:56the paint doesn't gather in one area and that should give us a perfect finish okay that's
09:06actually looking all right as a first coat I'm going to let that dry come back and doing second
09:10coat after that that's kind of it for this car the only one job left is to put the F back into the
09:16Fabia and then Mike can get it sold I'll advertise Aaron Skoda Fabia nationally for 1500 quid but we
09:25still need to make loads more trains so I'm off to check out a Fiat 500 it's in a low insurance
09:31group so there's big demand for these cars if they're in good nick my sister is a nurse that
09:37cares for elderly people and because she works so hard I actually bought her a little Fiat 500 and she
09:43loves it and that's another reason why I'm always looking at them when they pop up in the adverts it
09:49has got a few issues with it but it's only 1400 pounds so for that money it might return like a
09:55thousand pound profit now that isn't bad is it that is a beautiful looking little car and a cracking
10:05looking house as well it's a good start ah hi you must be Christy hi Mike Christy how are you I'm good
10:16so it looks like you've really looked after I mean it's spotlessly clean on the outside the
10:20wheels look good yeah it's a good car so how long have you had it about a year okay so why are you
10:26why are you getting rid of it I've had a baby and you cannot fit a pram in a Fiat 500 deep oh that red
10:34interior is nice and it's done 89,000 miles yep does the roof all work okay it does get a bit stiff
10:41when it gets to about there right okay all right so that might need some attention then um we've got
10:46a wand dent here on the wheel arch right but that was like that when I bought it that's your excuse
10:51it was can I spin it around the block go for it right here we go second third fourth fifth always
11:08make sure you put the car into every gear when you take it for a test drive you know I'm quite
11:14pleased with this little car the way it's presented the white with the red lever interior that little
11:19red sunroof to get Aaron that q7 it's cars like this that are going to get us there it's the
11:25little trades you know cheap and cheerful cars cars that are easy to get sold they don't cost a lot
11:31of money this is just perfect isn't it how was it it was all right yes it's it drives all right
11:46how much is one for it fourteen hundred pounds I'm not even gonna argue with you done amazing very
11:51much well Fiat 500 a massively popular cars and it should be an easy one to sell once we fix it up
11:59I reckon there could be a grand profit in it but that's a drop in the ocean considering the car I need
12:05to get to I got a funny feeling we've got a mountain to climb next I'd take a big risk on a Porsche with an
12:12engine issue the car has got one fundamental problem and it's the engine warning light that's shining up there on the
12:20dashboard while Elvis gets creative to try to boost our dream car fund this is an F1 brake disc I'm going to be
12:27making some F1 scrap it's an F1 memorabilia we're taking on the tough task to land family man Aaron
12:41his dream car in time for a very special trip one of the first things I'll do I'll try to go to Hungary
12:48to my in-laws because since my son has been born they haven't seen him physically fantastic it could
12:53take up to five trays to raise the 11 grand or more for the Audi so my first buy this Fiat 500
13:00needs to make a tiny profit
13:02right mate nice one oh I'm glad you're happy actually got it for a song this car go on how much 1400 quid
13:14what yeah for a convertible well it was 1400 quid because the bit that makes it a convertible
13:19is the roof and unfortunately it doesn't kind of work properly at the moment right so it gets to
13:26there and but look it's jammed just binding up you can actually feel it graunching its way along I mean
13:32these rails do often get full up with grit we've also got repaired a dent inside which I can get done
13:39elsewhere I know it's kind of a nasty dent but we can get that fixed but once it's all up together I
13:44reckon we can at least draw a really decent profit out of it while Elvis looks into our Fiat's roof
13:52issue I'm hoping to shake hands on a deal to sell Aaron Skoda now a Fabia again Elvis did a great job
13:59repainting the front wing and it's now looking pristine I've had it listed on a car trading site
14:04for a couple of days and a young chap called Rhys is interested look at that it's still looking good
14:10Reese it is so our little Skoda Fabia if you was to buy this little car what would you need it for
14:16I'm gonna start learning to drive so first time driver you know these are perfect for that because
14:21cheap insurance yeah simple car to drive the problem you've got is the market is really strong
14:26for this car at the minute and it will sell really easily so it's 1500 quid what you say I'm happy with
14:31that lovely bought yourself a nice little Skoda Fabia thank you well done we spent 50 pound on patent for
14:38that front wing and sold it for 1500 so now we've got 2250 in the pot plus the fear to sell if Elvis
14:46can fix that roof now these are multiple stage roots meaning they can come back to a first position and
14:52then you press the button again and it goes back to its final position and people often don't use the
14:56final section of its travel because it's quick and easy to do they still get the airflow in and that's
15:01how they often use it and that means that this final section of the runners can often get clogged up
15:06with dirt and dust and grime that can clog up these little channels roof slides up and down in so I'm
15:12hoping that by cleaning those out perhaps reapplying the grease in there we might just get this thing
15:16working again without having to spend any money the runners should be cleaned every year as part of a
15:24service but often get overlooked with debris removed I'm applying a little bit of lubricant to help the
15:30roof slide back more smoothly right well that's it moment of truth I'm gonna give it a try that's a good start
15:44come on look at that there we go position one
15:50position two
15:54and position three that's it it's worked and cost no money which means the value of this car has just
16:03gone up and we are on the next stage of our journey towards that dream car
16:07right mate now you'll be well pleased with this I've got that Fiat roof working sliding back and
16:17forward opens and closes like it should how much it cost oh well you like this even more didn't cost
16:22me anything just a whole load of elbow grease boom fantastic so if I can take it away John round the
16:28corner he says that he's got the right tools to pull that dents out perfect yeah take it in fact
16:32that suits me because I was going to ask you if you wouldn't mind just disappearing for a little
16:36bit I've got a little surprise I'm working on I like surprises but I also know when I'm not wanted
16:41it's a short trip to my mate John's garage where he's got the specialist kit I need to sort out the
16:51dent in our Fiat's rear wheel arch
16:52out John how you doing how we doing lovely I've got this dent so you want me out yeah nice easy one
17:04for us is it yeah John will be using something called a pin welder to pull the dent out but first
17:11he needs to grind the metal clean in the olden days right it used to be you get a dent like this in a
17:16wing you'd have to get behind it smack it out with a hammer then put filler in over the top but
17:21these days there's all these kind of tools that are available to the modern workshop and this is
17:25one of those tools this is a dent puller so and what's this one we're going to be using so this is
17:30a slide hammer just weld the end of that on and then slowly pull the dent out so tacked on tack weld
17:36on little pins put a slide hammer over the top and then reverse pull the dent out from this side
17:41so a little spot weld and just twist back off that's brilliant that is brilliant so your little
17:52spot weld on this what hold on reverse then out twist it and it comes off fantastic isn't it yeah I
18:00feel like I want to get in there yeah get in there another guy of course there you go put it on the
18:04panel it'll weld itself on let's go for there yeah touch on there that'll weld itself and then just
18:09slide down my back that's it and then just twist back up I love it how's that is that good that's
18:19beautiful the job is finished by filling and respraying the panel all in all a cost of 200
18:25pounds I'm going to take some pictures and market the fear online for 2,500 pounds I reckon
18:32it's another perfect little starter car for a young driver with Mike away I'm hoping to boost
18:41our dream car funds by cashing in on the growing market for Formula One related memorabilia this is
18:48an f1 brake disc an item of a car that has a pretty tough life it reaches a thousand degrees centigrade at
18:54times and then at the end of a Grand Prix around 300 kilometers I get thrown away or crushed or recycled
19:00and that always felt like a bit of a waste to me but knowing that there is a definite market for f1
19:05memorabilia when a friend of mine told me that there was a batch of these going for sale into an
19:09online auction well I've jumped on it and I'm going to create my own version of f1 memorabilia today I'm
19:15going to make a batch of Formula One brake disc clocks so I've got a carbon fiber brake disc that's
19:21the first part I've then had these discs cut out from a sheet of carbon fiber I'm just putting
19:28something soft down to make sure I don't damage them and then all I'm going to do is to put a bead
19:33of this adhesive sealant all the way around the outside and then I'm going to stick it straight
19:40onto the carbon fiber disc each clock is costing me just 150 pounds in materials I've looked online
19:46and seen similar products go for around 250 quid a piece Matt they're finished with a standard quartz
19:55clock movement then I'll attach the hands there you go look at that absolutely brilliant people are
20:05going to love these things we'll go perfect up on some petrol heads wall won't it might even go
20:10nicely up there somewhere but now we've got to sell them because there could well be a healthy
20:14profit in this and that is what it's all about speaking of healthy profits with us needing upwards
20:22of 11 grand for Aaron's Q7 I've got a bit of good news about our Fiat 500 hello mate hey we don't
20:30muck about me and you you fix the dent yeah fix the dent I even done some of the work on that dent
20:34myself that's a nice job I mean it's basically ready to sell now isn't it too late for that sold
20:39you sold it already yeah sold it to a young lady called Abigail in Oxford she gave us 2,500 quid for
20:44it that's amazing that's a great little profit listen you get that parked up I got something to show
20:48you what do you mean get it parked up it is parked up no show me now I want to see it
20:53mate I like surprises see these what you've been out spending that money a little bit of it I'm
21:02also gonna make us money so what these are clocks yeah well done the clocks made out of formula one
21:08bread discs no way what that's a formula one break this genuine carbon fiber break this F1 fans are
21:14gonna go mad for these things you've made these yeah mate I'm gonna be honest with you you always
21:19surprised me this is genius you can see people wanted this in their man cave on their wall I'll
21:24get a picture of these get them up on the internet and we'll have these sold in a in a jiffy in the
21:28meantime got another little flip car to go and see oh yeah yes I know how much you like a Porsche
21:33go on trust me I'm gonna love it I sold the fiat for 2,500 pounds a profit of 900 quid that means
21:42I've got Elvis's clocks to sell plus three thousand and fifty to play with and I've just used some of
21:48that to buy a sports car yes a sports car it's come from a private seller who's selling because the
21:54car needs a pretty big fix that she can't afford to tackle I managed to buy I think the cheapest
22:02Porsche Boxster available anywhere not only in the country but possibly the world the previous owner
22:07doesn't want to appear on camera so they've just tossed me the keys to the car and said get on with
22:13it I mean this car I paid just two and a half thousand pound for it two and a half grand for a
22:18Porsche Boxster now the Porsche Boxster is a fabulous car unfortunately the car has got one fundamental
22:26problem and it's the engine warning light that's shining up there on the dashboard and it's the reason why
22:33this car was cheap in the first place that rattling noise the previous owner reckons there's a problem
22:40with the timing chain and that in one of these it's a massive job it means that the engine's got to come
22:46out and the engine remember it's mid-engine so it's very very difficult to get to but it is this car's
22:53pulled pin hand grenade if it doesn't get done and the engine goes pop then this is just a two and a
23:00half grand paperweight next Elvis sweats on the fix for our Porsche engine this is kind of the moment
23:11of truth if we have got a problem with the chain that means splitting the engine in half and pretty
23:15much doing a full rebuild and I fall in love with a British classic oh look at that that color is just
23:21to die for Mike and I are working hard to get new dad Aaron an Audi Q7 which will fit his expanding
23:36family I had a handsome wonderful loving baby boy called Elijah oh that's brilliant and I had to dip
23:42into my dream car for the second hand Q7 is going for a minimum of 11 grand we need to turn a big
23:49profit on the Porsche Boxster Mike's just bought but that'll only happen if the dodgy engine is an easy
23:55fix it's got a light on on the dash and when I drove it in it's making a rattly sound not uncommon with
24:00these particular engines Mike reckons that engine warning light could be due to a slack timing chain I tend
24:07to agree so that means getting the engine out where we're looking is right in here I'm hoping the
24:20problem is wear and tear in the plastic guides that keep the chain taut but if the chain itself
24:24is damaged that will cost a lot more to fix and blow a hole in our profits okay that is the valve guide
24:32and I can see that it is heavily worn but the great news is it's not worn through and that means that
24:40I can safely say the timing chain is going to be okay and we can just replace these plastic guides what
24:46should happen here is that the tensioner that I took out a moment ago sits up through the bottom and
24:51puts pushes pressure up onto that guide and that then tensions the chain correctly but as the tensioner
24:57starts to lose its strength which ours has it drops the guide falls away and the timing chain starts
25:03to rattle and slap around I can fix that it won't cost us a huge amount of money which means there is
25:09profit in this Boxster so far the fix is only costing us 400 pounds for replacement guides and tensioners
25:18for both sides this flat six engine a couple of hours later it's back in one piece and time for the
25:33moment of truth the oil pressure it's running no nasty noises sounds really good oh you know that's
25:53amazing such a sense of relief it always is and the best bit about this is that we bought this car cheap
25:59I've only spent about 400 pounds on fixing the problem and also giving the engine a service
26:04which means that this car has a long life ahead of it and we've got some serious profit in it with
26:11that fix the engine light is no longer flashing and Mike's gamble has well and truly paid off
26:22I listed the Boxster online for five thousand five hundred quid I think that's a real bargain and I'm
26:28clearly not alone I was inundated with messages and John here was at the front of the queue he's come
26:34to take a look so then John like it love it Mike yeah I knew you'd love it great car isn't it I mean
26:40we've done some amazing work Elvis dropped the engine done a big service it's such a nice car so
26:45why a Porsche Boxster then well probably because my favorite car is a speedster but obviously a bit more
26:50expensive than this yes we couldn't afford the speedster these days with the roof down it'd be
26:54absolutely gorgeous in the sun I think absolutely gorgeous a bit jealous in a way so listen I did
26:59this social media shout out I was inundated with people but you're first to trot I do need five
27:05and a half grand for it what you say five and a half grand it's a steal really thanks my top man you
27:10bought yourself a cracking car thank you Mike nice one sold Elvis worked wonders on the Porsche Boxster
27:16and by selling it for five thousand five hundred we pretty much doubled our money as I expected
27:22his F1 brake this clocks are flying off the shelves with 20 made at a hundred pound profit each our
27:28dream car fund is sitting at a healthy nine thousand one hundred and fifty pounds so we might be only
27:35one flip away from Aaron's Audi and I could have found it a car designed by the legendary engineer
27:41behind the original mini Alex is a go-ness oh you know me I love a British classic the car that's
27:46built right here in the United Kingdom and I'm going to see just such a car the 1975 Austin Maxi a car
27:53that come with all the fives five seats five speed and five doors Britain's first hatchback so that makes
28:00it a good car to begin with but this one could be even better because the owner tells me it's probably
28:06the only one in this color in the United Kingdom it's called Citroen yellow he does tell me the
28:13paint's a little bit faded and might need some attention I can tell you though this is what we
28:17call in the trade and every man classic that means it's a car that's a price point that most people can
28:24afford and for that reason alone is well worth going to see man after my own hearts look at this stuck
28:33under a bonnet and a driveway full of classic cars yeah hello nice to meet you how are you Jonathan
28:38really good to meet you yeah yeah yeah NSU Jonathan yeah it's my dad it's gorgeous isn't it right
28:43where's my little uh right Waston she's in here oh look at that fantastic okay that color is just
28:53to die for isn't it that this is called citron yellow so you had lime flower green you had harvest
29:00gold and you had citron yellow stroke green whatever you want to call it right it's the
29:04only one we know of in the maxi owners club this paint was put on by the factory it's a factory color
29:09yeah nice and yeah there she is the interior yeah it all looks good so far so good but the engine on
29:15this 47 year old motor needs to be good too oh lovely you'll notice it's got twin cards on it should
29:21have had a single card from the hl does make it really fast why do you want to sell it you can
29:25obviously see we've got a lot of cars so um yeah we're just going to reduce the the collection a
29:30little bit and um you know i just want it to to find a good owner really
29:40drive so nicely and being that this one's got a dual carb setup it actually performs wonderfully
29:48there's no creaks there's no rattles there's no groans can't hear anything just bubbles along really
29:53nicely suspension feels good steering's lovely the only thing i can see wrong with it is the paint
29:59work and that's the unique thing about this car my plan would be to give it a really deep detail
30:05maybe make it pop a little bit more jonathan has got it advertised for four and a half
30:10i think if i could go back and get this car for around four grand i'll be happy to own it
30:23well that was a trip down nostalgic lane you liked it then do you know really dry as well
30:29didn't it but it does need a proper detail on this body work how much did you want for it well i wanted
30:35around four and a half for it what would you take to drive it away i'm thinking now i'm thinking four
30:41grand if you promise to give it a good high and you got a deal lovely yeah i'm pleased with that yeah
30:48great well there you go i bought the austin maxi for just four thousand pounds people want originality
30:58and this car has got a story to tell but to get aaron's dream car i need to sell this for good money
31:04and that's only going to happen if elvis can turn this patchy paintwork into a uniform color
31:19hey how good is that wow i mean yeah i haven't seen one of those for a few years and this one happens
31:25to be in a really rare color it's called citron yellow the color is what makes this one really
31:31really special yeah what have i got to do to it anyway mechanically nothing but what i want you
31:36to do is the body work i want it to really pop if that is the only one in that color we need to really
31:42make it shine and preserve it so yeah if you can get the paintwork popped i definitely can get it sold
31:48yeah well i know just the place lovely matching the faded panels to the rest of the body work would
31:54have cost the previous owner a pretty penny as it needs some specialist kit that even i don't have
31:59but i've called in a favor to use my mate martin's place where i can do the job for just a few pounds
32:04worth of polish the roof of the car and the boot lid have faded over time and now the paintwork
32:11doesn't match the more vibrant elements down the sides what makes this setup perfect for a job like
32:16this is that the lighting rig is designed specifically for doing this kind of work it's all individually
32:21controllable we've got normal leds we've got daylight leds at different heights and positions around the car
32:27they can be turned on and off look at this with this paint light here you can really see the
32:31difference in color between the boot lids and the wing so i need to address that
32:38i'm starting by using a soft walls pad with a cutting compound
32:41this will take the top layer of faded paint off and reveal the original brighter color underneath
32:49okay now this is the bit that i hope will bring that glorious shine
32:53back to our little maxi it's a very very ultra fine pad with an ultra fine finishing compound
32:59has no cutting compound in this no grit it's just about bringing that deep gloss shine back to the
33:05paperwork whilst nobody will have martin's lighting set up at home it is possible to improve the look of
33:13your car yourself all these polishes and compounds cost just 50 pounds from any good motoring store
33:18i think that is amazing that has really brought the color back and that match is almost singer skin and
33:28now this car with this unique color is preserved paint work done mike can advertise the maxi to classic
33:36car clubs via social media we need to get six grand for it otherwise we're gonna have to do another deal to
33:42pay for aaron's dream car coming up i look to max out on the profit of our maxi it's off for a new
33:51adventure on the isle of wight in hopes of stacking up enough cash to get aaron's dream car would you
33:56do it for 11 grand for me i don't want to
34:10we've been on a long journey trying to get dad aaron his dream audi q7 and it's led us to this austin maxi
34:17which i've been advertising online for 5995 quid great where's it going sold is it yeah got full
34:27asking price you're joking that's great news five double nine five wow where's it going it's off for
34:32a new adventure on the isle of wight the person who's bought it his dad used to have one he's really
34:37excited by it yeah he thinks he's going to be the only austin maxi on the isle of wight could well be
34:43if you've got full asking price for this i mean our pot's got to be pretty close to the q7 close
34:49but i just don't know if we're there yet it's just over 11 grand i've been looking the cheapest q7 i
34:54can find for aaron he's 11 and a half grand he's immaculate as well it's in blue that's a good price
35:00it's a great price i mean look that's what you do you can knock him down a little bit go and
35:03flutter your eyelids can't you well it's either i go and flutter my eyelids and get the price down a bit
35:08or you've got to make some more formula one clocks yeah you go and flutter your eyes i didn't
35:12you say that we spent just 50 pounds on sorting the max's paintwork and sold it for five thousand
35:19nine hundred and ninety five pounds a profit of one thousand nine hundred and forty five quid
35:24that means our fund stands at eleven thousand and ninety five pounds a bit less than the price of an
35:30audi q7 i've spotted online so i need to do a deal with the owner a car trader in stratford-upon-avon it
35:37looks like everything that aaron wants it's a good color it's the s-line model and i just love the
35:44look of it so i've jumped in the car i'm on my way to go and see it this morning and hopefully
35:50it's everything we need for aaron's dream car
35:59nice looking car sight oh and a very nice looking ldq7 look at that bad boy proper
36:07you must be paul paul nice to meet you nice to meet you it's a bit of an eye for isn't it paul

36:17means it's got the bigger wheels that's correct the interior yeah tell me about it how many owners
36:22two previous owners on record service history yeah it's got um plenty of stamps all the way up until
36:262019 uh we've just done a service on it as well and it's just been freshly mot we're not seeing the
36:31advisory yeah well i'm very keen yeah is there any chance i can take them of course you can
36:34of course you can top work thanks paul yeah i won't be i won't be long cheers mate
36:44oh i like it i can see why aaron wants one of these gigantic our new q7s you've got a three litre
36:52diesel engine up front 240 odd horsepower got a silky smooth automatic six-speed gearbox feels
37:00wonderful oh yes and it's quick can you imagine handing this over to aaron he's come from that
37:08little skoda famia he's going to be beside himself
37:19how'd you get on i'll be honest with you i feel like uh one of those premiership footballers driving
37:23around and that that is that yeah you know it's my job when i'm in situations like this to you know
37:28almost find a fault in the vehicle so i can just run the price down but honestly i think it's just
37:34lovely so you got it up for 11 495 yeah can you let me have it for 11 grand
37:42i don't want to i normally stick with this right um but as it's you
37:49we'll do it mate you are a top man thank you so much i really appreciate that thank you very much
37:54that is fantastic i've just landed the perfect car for aaron and his family this is ideal to get them
38:00to hungary to see the in-laws and they've even got some money left over for petrol plus this lovely
38:06suv doesn't need anything doing to it so i just can't wait to hand it over to aaron
38:20oh this is really good i do love it when i buy a car that needs no work whatsoever
38:25i know elvis is going to be happy with that too and i can't wait to see his face when i'll rock up with
38:30this i've rung aaron asking him to bring his family to flittick manor hotel near where he lives
38:38he thinks it's to discuss q7 specs and he has no idea what's in store first i've called elvis
