00:00As I said several times, because Juchat is moving into East Coast
00:09and because I've been representing Juchat for the past two terms, 10 years,
00:12I would like to continue to do that.
00:14And to be able to do that, I will have to stand in East Coast.
00:17We will wait until our SecGen has decided on the slate finally
00:21and then we will present it as a cohesive whole.
00:23I think Singaporeans are very savvy voters.
00:26They are very cognizant of the world dynamics.
00:30They know the local considerations.
00:31They will evaluate the relative strength and weaknesses of each team that is put up,
00:36whether they can relate to the team, whether the team can serve them on the ground,
00:39whether they can represent their interests in Parliament
00:41and collectively what's the strength of the PAP.
00:45If we are to be re-elected as the ruling party again,
00:48then what do we bring to the table in leading Singapore?
00:51I think Singaporeans don't need to be told what to think or how to decide.
00:56I think they are very mindful of this and as I said very savvy
00:59and take all this into account as they decide on how to cast their votes.
