00:00I gotta show love to Slim Shady. Eminem, of course, straight from the D.
00:04This was hard, y'all. I took worst to best. Eminem, let's do it.
00:13Hey, what's up? It's The Real Deal, Jay Steele. This week's worst to best, we're talking Eminem, Slim Shady, straight from the D.
00:19This was tough, but as always, I took his music and I ranked them, in my opinion, worst to best. Here we go.
00:25Alright, so listen, I know people have said Eminem's not who he was back in the day, but let's talk about his last album, Kamikaze, where the bars were up here.
00:34Not a like off of the album, featuring Royce the 5'9", comes in at worst of all time.
00:39I think Eminem's bars were superb. He threw that subtle diss at MGK.
00:43He had us listening, wondering where he was gonna go next and what punchline he was gonna use off of a beat that seems to be relevant and popular today.
00:50Great job.
00:51Moving up, might be a little surprising to you, but next on my list would be Lose Yourself from 8 Mile.
00:57Talk about one of the most motivational songs of all time.
00:59Listen, if you're at the gym, you're going through something, put on Lose Yourself, put the headphones on, and all of a sudden you're taken to another land.
01:05You're motivated, you're trying to get something done. This is where Eminem was at his peak.
01:098 Mile, of course, being a movie that's extremely special to the D, you gotta show respect to Lose Yourself as a song that, talk about Eminem coming up in the game.
01:16Alright, cannot forget one of the best hip-hop songs of all time, in my opinion.
01:22Rap God, off the Marshall Mathers LP2 album. Eminem doesn't need a chorus, but he's rapping his ass off and keeping the bars on 10.
01:30Talk about some of the fastest rap you've ever heard in your life. I don't know anybody that can perfectly recite that, no matter how hard you try.
01:36Eminem proves why he's the Rap God in that track off of M.M. LP2.
01:40I don't care how many times you've heard this song or how old it is, but My Name Is would come next up on my list.
01:46Talk about Eminem coming fresh off the gate. I remember watching that video on TV and wondering, who in the hell is this?
01:52This dude is crazy. Eminem came out letting you know who he was, but did it in such a playful and melodic way with help from Dr. Dre.
01:59The video was great. The song was great. And I love, this might be a little corny, but I love hearing the difference between the dirty version and the clean version of this song.
02:08I just drank a fifth of Kool-Aid. Dare me to drive? And the best Eminem song of all time is Stan. Are we surprised there?
02:17Eminem tells a story that you've never heard before in hip-hop when he breaks down a story of a fan that is so obsessed with his favorite rapper of all time that it drove him crazy.
02:26The video is one of the best hip-hop videos I've ever seen of all time. It's one of those songs that you don't turn it off when you hear it because you want to know where the story's going to go next, even though you've heard it a million times.
02:35This is Eminem's best work, in my opinion. Without question, Stan, one of the greatest songs of all time.
02:45Alright, so there's Eminem's Where's the Best. Did I get it wrong? Did I forget anything? Please tell me how I f***ed up.
