00:07On Tuesday, Iran's foreign ministry insisted the negotiations will return to Oman, where
00:11initial talks were held last weekend.
00:14This directly contradicts an announcement made just a day earlier by Italy and the Netherlands,
00:19with both saying talks were set to take place in Rome this Saturday.
00:23On its part, the US has yet to confirm a location.
00:27Hosting talks in Rome this weekend could also be complicated by the Easter holiday.
00:31The dispute comes as President Trump expressed on Monday regarding the speed of the talks,
00:35accusing Tehran of tapping the US along.
00:38A second US aircraft carrier is now operating in Mideast waters ahead of the talks as Trump
