00:00A brief glimpse there of the bullet, Jeffrey Hurlings, another rider on the comeback trail of course from injury, he was 13th yesterday, or he was 13th in the warm up this morning, and finishing just outside of the top 20 earlier on, so Jeffrey Hurlings will be looking to get a good start and start to build back his fitness and his race craft in motor number one, then we see Josh Gilbert on the Lexan Axe machine, the Cornishman, also looking to get some points in this first motor, the 5 second board is up, gate drops, and away they go, some bar banging in the middle of the race,
00:30field, but Fevre gets a good drive into the first corner, should get the line, it looks like Fevre has got the Fox Racing hole shot, relatively clean start out to the first corner, they all seem to have got away cleanly, but Fevre with a brilliant start there, that's exactly where he wants to be, looks like one of the Fantics in second position, as they charge over the Monster Energy treble for the first time, down the hill they go, a bit of bar banging in the midfield, so Geiser it is in second position now, Koldenov in third,
00:59so the title contenders have all got away well, Renault in fourth, Lucas Kernan, Jeremy Siwa in there as well, Kai Rohde is in seventh place on the Ducati, brilliant start from the outside, there he is on the inside there, on the rut, having a look on the inside of Kernan,
01:14so, very much a case of youth versus experience there with Kernan and Kai Rohde doing battle, what a brilliant start there for the Ducati, I think he's let Siwa go through there, the two Ducatis, and of course Siwa the full-time factory Ducati rider,
01:29but a brilliant start there, Hurling's in ninth, so Jeffrey Hurling's gone away well, so some of the old stages really getting away, good out of the gate in the first motor,
01:41Vlaunderen in tenth from Jan Pankar, Josh Gilbert, a little bit further behind in fourteenth, Iago Gitz, who's had a difficult start to 2025, he's currently in sixteenth position,
01:50Bonacorzi 18th on the factory Fountake, Adam Sterry, North Wales rider currently in nineteenth position, Ben Watson, not the start that the factory beater rider would have wanted, he's in twentieth position,
02:02as they all go charging through, the end of the first lap, so this is exactly where the title contenders will have wanted to be here, they're at the front of the field, and crucially for Fevre, he is at the front here, on the factory Kawasaki,
02:15Geiser, like we were saying of course, this is akin to a home race for Tim Geiser, this track only a few hours from the Slovenian border,
02:25and as we've seen in some of the ambient footage at the start of the moto, there's a lot of support for him here this weekend,
02:32and he crucially of course sits in front in the title race by Tlachet over 30 points, as the battle goes down in to the top ten, there's Cairoli in Hurling's,
02:42rolling back the ears of course to see those two fighting on a motocross track,
02:47so Cairoli,
02:49I see we got past him there, but it looks like Cairoli is still keeping the pressure on the number 91 here,
02:56Jeremy Seaver, as they catch him on Fernandes, Cairoli going for the pass,
03:04and seeing they're just looking for some lines,
03:06using the outside sweeping lines, as Seaver starts with the pressure, back on Fernandes,
03:12Of course the, oh, nervous moments there for Seaver, we saw that Fernandes,
03:21sweeping, lost all the traction on the topsoil there on the outside, the back end stepped out of him,
03:26almost collected Seaver, but both riders did well to stay on,
03:29and Cairoli of course, the last rider on the start gate,
03:33the thing with motocross of course, it's not like circuit racing where you would physically start at the back of the pack,
03:38they all line up on the same line, the same start line, but
03:42Cairoli having to start right on the outside line,
03:45which means it would be very difficult to get a good start into the first corner,
03:48he'd really have to nail the getaway there,
03:50and get the momentum into the first corner, because he would lose out into that left-hander,
03:55and he's running well at the moment, Hurling's up to ninth place then, just behind Cairoli,
03:59but Fevre trying to maintain that gap from Geiser in second place,
04:03still Kaldunov in third, the race just started to settle down in his early stages,
04:08but still with the main title rivals at the front of the field,
04:11so Ramon Fevre, who's taken two moto wins this year,
04:15he took the second moto last weekend at Sardinia,
04:18took the first moto
04:19in 2025 in Argentina,
04:23but lost some points in Spain in the second round of the championship,
04:27wins the foxhole shot award here in moto number one here at Trentino,
04:30but he's just lost a little bit of momentum in the title race
04:32to Tim Geiser, who put some good results in, he had a double moto win in Spain
04:38and in the European round at France at Saint-Dame d'Angeli,
04:43the famous old French hillside circuit,
04:47so Geiser really making the early inroads at the first quarter of the season,
04:53let's see if Fevre can fight back in, at the moment he's looking quite good,
04:56he's just under a second ahead,
04:59Geiser with the fastest lap of the race so far,
05:01150.842,
05:03noticeably that's slower than kind of what's best lap in MX2
05:07in the early stages of the first moto,
05:09so perhaps would indicate that the track is starting to slow down a bit here,
05:12get a little bit more difficult,
05:13you can see some really gnarly ruts on some of the corners,
05:16some of the braking bumps getting that little bit sharper as well as Kaldunov,
05:19just washed out on the inside line there in third place on the factory Fantic machine there,
05:24number 259,
05:25but still stays on in third position,
05:31still feels a bit strange to call Glenn Kaldunov,
05:33the elder statesman in this class,
05:34but of the front runners really,
05:36he really is the oldest rider of the leading group one would say,
05:41some of the young guard just behind him there,
05:43Lucas Kernan,
05:44the young Belgian,
05:44number 96,
05:45currently in fourth position on the Red Bull KTM factory machine,
05:49Geyser living with Fevre at the moment though,
05:52as they charge down the hill past the Slovenian fan club there,
05:54who urged their man on as he rails the berm on the outside,
05:57the Slovenians have reason to cheer in Motornambu on here,
06:02as Jan Pankar is also in 12th position here,
06:05he's running well so far,
06:07and you can just see Geyser starting to look for some lines here,
06:11trying to find a way to close up on Romain Fevre,
06:14who's controlling the race from the front at this stage,
06:17quite a long way to go,
06:18only three laps into this first MXGP Moto,
06:21there is Hurlings,
06:22he's in ninth position,
06:25and he's got the number 411 just behind him there,
06:28of Marcel Stauffer,
06:30on the Ozyka MX Team KTM,
06:33Hurlings of course absent from the opening rounds of the championship due to injury,
06:40and very much on the comeback trail here,
06:43he's realistic to know that the title aspirations for 2025 have gone,
06:48and what we're looking at here of course is the,
06:51pretty much the final chapter of the incredible Jeffrey Hurlings motocross career,
06:54he has said that 2026 will be his last year for definite,
07:00if not 25,
07:01of course he is on the Red Bull factory KTM team,
07:05deal runs out this year,
07:07and he said possibly that with no real deal for 2026,
07:11if that was the case,
07:12that he may even make 2025 his last season,
07:16so make the most of the number 84 whilst you still can,
07:19and great to see Hurlings start to make inroads into the top 10 here,
07:23he's had a difficult start to the 25 season,
07:26but in terms of the title race,
07:29the momentum is all with these two here,
07:31as Romain Fevre looks to keep Tim Geiser behind him,
07:35Ruben Fernandes battling with Jeremy Siwa a little bit further behind,
07:39Kai Role still staying in eighth position,
07:41great ride for the 39 year old,
07:43Siwa just started with that pressure on Fernandes,
07:46the young Spaniard Ruben Fernandes,
07:53certainly settling in nicely on the factory HRC team,
07:58for much of the time when Geiser was absent due to injury,
08:03of course he was the de facto team leader,
08:05and here we see Marcel Stauffer,
08:10the Austrian rider,
08:12unfazed by Jeffrey Hurling's championship reputation,
08:15and sweeping around the outside of number 84 to move into ninth position now,
08:18so Calvin Vlanderen just behind Hurlings,
08:21Jan Pankar 12,
08:22Gio Jago Gertz in 14th position,
08:24Ron Van de Moosdijk in 15th place,
08:27from Adam Steri,
08:28Andrea Bonacorsi,
08:28Ben Watson up to 18th position now,
08:31Ivo Monticelli,
08:32and Kevin Horgmo for the Norwegian rider 20th position,
08:36and the final championship point,
08:38so a little bit of positives there for the Norwegians,
08:44Cornelius Tundell on the,
08:45Louis Fosters,
08:46we saw last weekend,
08:48Glenn Koldenhoff on the podium,
08:50in the sand,
08:51he's now third,
08:52clearly running on confidence,
08:53yes,
08:54Glenn is feeling really good,
08:56especially also in this track,
08:58he really liked the track,
08:59but yesterday,
09:00he could not really find the flow,
09:02let's say,
09:03he was a little bit too stiff on the bike,
09:05but today he feels quite good,
09:06so let's see what comes,
09:08did you make any changes to the bike at all?
09:10yeah,
09:11we made some small changes,
09:13with suspension,
09:14but for the rest,
09:15not a big thing,
09:17so he's feeling good,
09:18and I hope he'll be doing well,
09:20just quickly,
09:21Bonacorsi down in 60,
09:22he is slowly making inroads,
09:25yes,
09:25Andrea had a bad start,
09:27and hopefully he can come back,
09:29to the top 10,
09:29so,
09:30because the start,
09:31is really important,
09:33here on this track,
09:34when can we expect,
09:35Brian Bogers to be back,
09:36I expect Brian back,
09:38hopefully next week,
09:39in Switzerland,
09:40thank you Louis,
09:41best of luck to the team,
09:45so certainly would be good,
09:46to see Brian Bogers,
09:47another one of the casualties,
09:48in the early part of the season,
09:49back next week,
09:50in Switzerland,
09:51one rider,
09:52who didn't make the start,
09:53we're talking about,
09:53the Norwegian riders there,
09:54Colleen,
09:55he lives turned all,
09:55on the JWR Honda,
09:57took quite a hit yesterday,
09:59he is okay,
10:00but a bit of a concussion there,
10:02and not taking part,
10:04in the races today,
10:05but we should also expect him back,
10:07in Switzerland,
10:08next weekend,
10:08right in here,
10:10now they're in moto,
10:11number one,
10:12Romain Fevre,
10:13can't quite shake off,
10:15Tim Geiser here,
10:16Fevre setting the fastest lap,
10:19of the race,
10:19last time round,
10:20149.129,
10:21so the pace starts,
10:22to pick up,
10:23the track just seems,
10:24to be drying out,
10:24ever so slightly,
10:26and the pace coming back,
10:27to the riders here,
10:28especially the front two here,
10:29Geiser matching Fevre for pace,
10:31and Romain Fevre,
10:33Frenchman at the front of the field,
10:35certainly trying his hardest,
10:36to break clear,
10:37of his main title rival,
10:38he will know that Geiser is in second place,
10:41and he knows,
10:42that he really does need,
10:43to try and claw some points back,
10:44in terms of the title,
10:45he won the qualifying race yesterday,
10:48ahead of Geiser,
10:50still well placed,
10:53in second position,
10:54and a few people,
10:55making him the,
10:56pre-season favorite,
10:57for the title,
10:58look very strong,
10:58in some of the pre-season races,
11:01moving in towards,
11:02the 2025 season,
11:03but he really does need,
11:04to start grabbing some points,
11:06back of Tim Geiser,
11:07as we look a little bit,
11:08further down in the top 10,
11:10and there is Lucas Kernan,
11:11number 96,
11:12the young Belgian,
11:13on the Red Bull KTM factory team,
11:15Maxime Renault,
11:18just behind there,
11:18number 959,
11:19on the Monster Energy factory Yamaha,
11:21keeping the pressure,
11:23on Kernan,
11:26Lucas Kernan really,
11:27seems to have settled in nicely,
11:28in the MXGP class,
11:32good in MX2 of course,
11:33but,
11:34you would say,
11:36that the young Belgian,
11:37really would be a,
11:38rider to contend with,
11:39perhaps,
11:40maybe not this year,
11:40in terms of the title race,
11:41but he is still in fourth,
11:42in the championship hunts,
11:43but,
11:44certainly going into,
11:452026 and onwards,
11:47really a rider to contend,
11:48with the sharp end,
11:49of MXGP,
11:50there is Maxime Renault,
11:51keeping that pressure on,
11:53Cairoli,
11:54coming under some pressure now,
11:55from Calvin Valandran,
11:56as they make their way,
11:57past the pits,
11:59a great start,
12:00to this moto,
12:01for Tony Cairoli,
12:02as he makes his way,
12:05over the Monster Energy,
12:06triple jump,
12:06will he go for the big leap,
12:07yes he does,
12:08sends the Ducati,
12:09flying over the leap,
12:11and through the right handers,
12:12so the Ducati Desmo 450,
12:15very much an all new machine,
12:18and some real diversification,
12:19in terms of manufacturers,
12:20in motocross nowadays,
12:21of course,
12:21triumph making a comeback,
12:23we've seen under the,
12:24under the KTM,
12:26the likes of Gascas,
12:28really making inroads,
12:29into motocross,
12:30very much a trials,
12:31and Enduro brand,
12:32in the past,
12:33and now of course,
12:34Ducati,
12:35the prestigious name,
12:37making inroads,
12:38into motocross,
12:39and certainly showing,
12:40they've got a competitive,
12:41prospect here,
12:42in the 450s,
12:42although Glenn Koldoff,
12:44managing to get past Cairoli,
12:46I'm sure the Italian fans,
12:47won't be too bothered,
12:48about that,
12:49it's just great to see him,
12:50back in action,
12:51in MXGP,
12:52it's very much a one-off here,
12:54you would say,
12:56race last year,
12:57in the Dutch Grand Prix,
12:59Arnhem,
13:00he's nowadays,
13:01development and brand ambassador,
13:03for Ducati,
13:04he did make a one-off appearance,
13:06at the Dutch Grand Prix,
13:08last year,
13:08got a 15th best position,
13:09so,
13:10we'll be hoping,
13:11to be a little bit better,
13:11on home soil,
13:12as Maxime Renault,
13:13starts to put the pressure,
13:14now on Glenn Koldenhoff,
13:15in the battle of a fourth position,
13:17Curnan now clear in third,
13:20their way through,
13:21Maxime Renault,
13:22switching his lines,
13:23have a look on the inside,
13:24of Koldenhoff,
13:25but,
13:26the half,
13:27has the outside line there,
13:28and holds on to position,
13:30gets the momentum,
13:30switches to the inside,
13:31and stays in third position,
13:34these machines,
13:37he would say,
13:38sharing very similar hardware,
13:40the Fantic,
13:40based very much,
13:41on the Yamaha,
13:44called off a former,
13:45Yamaha rider,
13:46let's have a look,
13:46at what Kurnan did,
13:47to move through,
13:48into that third position,
13:49see the Belgian,
13:51switching his line,
13:52to the inside,
13:53lovely move there,
13:53to switch over the jump there,
13:55for Kurnan,
13:56down the inside,
13:57and a textbook,
13:58block pass there,
13:59get down the inside,
14:00of the rider,
14:01get in front of their front wheel,
14:02and fairly block them,
14:03and prevent them,
14:04from repassing,
14:05so Kurnan,
14:06with a well worked out,
14:07pass there,
14:07and Glenn Koldenhoff,
14:09coming under some real pressure,
14:10here from Maxime Renault,
14:12the number 959,
14:14on the factory,
14:15Monster Energy,
14:17Yamaha MXGP,
14:18team machine there,
14:20so Yamaha,
14:20doing battle with Fantic,
14:26over the leap they go,
14:27and a little bit further back,
14:30is,
14:31Thiago Geertz,
14:33Geertz,
14:33very much on the comeback trail,
14:34as well,
14:35and he's just starting to put,
14:36Hurlings under pressure,
14:37Hurlings guards the inside,
14:38oh,
14:39and he shows,
14:40that he's still,
14:41got some fight in the old dog there,
14:42Jeffrey Hurlings,
14:43in 11th place,
14:45shoving Geertz,
14:46into the berm,
14:47but Maxime Renault,
14:49now looks like,
14:50he's made the move stick,
14:51so he moves up,
14:51into fourth place,
14:52Maxime Renault,
14:53he's won three,
14:59Grand Prix's,
15:00in the past of course,
15:01including the opening round,
15:02in Argentina,
15:04so Renault,
15:05not quite,
15:06on the,
15:07he's had some difficult rounds,
15:08of course,
15:08lost some momentum,
15:09in the title race,
15:10so he's looking to fight back,
15:11he had a difficult time,
15:13last weekend,
15:15as River Fernandes goes down,
15:18the factory HRC riders,
15:19so everyone else in the top 10,
15:20start to make up a few positions,
15:21and he gets back underway,
15:24just behind the treble two,
15:26of Tony Cairoli,
15:27so Fernandes,
15:29that will put him,
15:30I believe,
15:30into 10th position,
15:33Cairoli goes for Roloff,
15:34over the tabletop,
15:36and at the moment,
15:37still Fever leading,
15:371.3 seconds,
15:38the gap between him,
15:39and Geister in second place,
15:40Lucas Kernan in third position,
15:42Glenn Koldanov,
15:43still in fourth,
15:44from Maxime Renault,
15:46so that will mean,
15:47of course,
15:48that Jeremy Siwa,
15:48moves into sixth place,
15:49on the Ducati,
15:50Marcel Stauffer,
15:52the young Austrian on the KTM,
15:53doing very well,
15:54in eighth position,
15:55and again,
15:57this is very much,
15:58in the northern part of Italy,
16:00not too far from Austria,
16:01so it's something akin,
16:02to a home race for him as well,
16:04and he's currently,
16:06up to eighth position,
16:08Vandran ninth,
16:08Cairoli tenth,
16:09as we just saw,
16:10Jeffrey Hurlings,
16:12just on the edge,
16:14of the top 10 as well,
16:15battling with Iago Girtz,
16:16and Girtz,
16:19of course,
16:20who has had his injury troubles,
16:21really affected his 2024 season,
16:24and he's also on the comeback trail,
16:25let's have a look at Girtz,
16:26and Hurlings once again,
16:28and it's all gone wrong,
16:30for Girtz,
16:30trying the outside line there,
16:31washed out on the berm,
16:33lost all traction,
16:34and was lucky to stay on the bike there,
16:35switches off the circuit,
16:37gets himself back underway,
16:38and just starting to get back,
16:40into the action,
16:41Girtz now down in 14th position,
16:43as we go back to our leaders,
16:45and Romain Favre coping quite nicely,
16:46at the front here,
16:47as he makes his way through,
16:51Geiss is still charging,
16:52in second place,
16:53and the gap currently sitting,
16:55at round about one and a half seconds,
16:57between Romain Favre,
16:58and Tim Geiss are in second place,
17:00Geiss are just looking,
17:01to try and get some smoother lines,
17:02out there to try and close that gap,
17:03back up,
17:04on the race leader,
17:05Favre,
17:05as Tony Cairoli,
17:09battling there,
17:10with the second of the two Slovenians,
17:12in this moto,
17:13Jan Pankar there,
17:14number 253,
17:14the KTM,
17:17probably the answer machine there,
17:18for Pankar,
17:19who is looking good,
17:21just on the edge of the top 10,
17:22and much like Geiss,
17:23something very much akin,
17:24to a home GP for him,
17:27as the Hoff makes his way,
17:28through the right hander,
17:30as they're back to number 411,
17:32Stauffer coming under,
17:33some real pressure now,
17:34from Calvin Vlaanderen,
17:36South African born,
17:39Dutch rider,
17:41Romero Cross of Nations winner,
17:42and Vlaanderen,
17:43really starting to put,
17:44the 411 under some pressure,
17:45they go flying over,
17:46the triple,
17:47oh,
17:47Stauffer really went for it there,
17:49number 411,
17:50we saw him,
17:52pull the clutch in,
17:52and lock the back wheel up there,
17:54to stop that front end,
17:55from getting away from him,
17:57so he saved the bike,
17:58but loses at the position,
17:59to Vlaanderen,
18:00who now moves into seventh place,
18:01as we see,
18:05Jan Pankar,
18:06fighting,
18:08with the multiple world champion,
18:09Tony Karoli,
18:11and Pankar of course,
18:13in terms of bragging rights,
18:14he'll be quite pleased,
18:15to get past a,
18:15rider with 94,
18:18Grand Prix wins to his name,
18:19there is the number 87,
18:20in a bit of trouble there,
18:21that's Kevin Braumann,
18:22on the MX handle,
18:24Husqvarna,
18:24who I think,
18:27was just on the edge,
18:28of the point,
18:29so he drops out of contention,
18:32Jacob Terazak,
18:33also out of the race,
18:35in these early stages,
18:36moving towards,
18:37the half distance,
18:38Berber continues,
18:45to lead the race,
18:45by one and a half seconds,
18:47really pulling away,
18:47from this guy,
18:48in third place,
18:49Lucas Kernan,
18:51really having a good outing,
18:53in the early stages,
18:54Ruben Fernandes,
18:55starts to fight back,
18:56so Kernan,
18:56looking good in his,
18:58MXGP,
18:59debut on the Red Bull,
19:00Factory KTM,
19:02as Ruben Fernandes,
19:03now gets past,
19:04Stouffer as well,
19:05so he's up to eighth position,
19:06and Fernandes,
19:07trying to close up,
19:09on Kevin Vlanderen,
19:11Vlanderen on the,
19:12Monster Energy,
19:14Factory Yamaha machine,
19:16Andrea Bonacorsi,
19:19also fighting back,
19:20after a bad start,
19:21on the Factory Fanzig,
19:22he's up to 15th place tag,
19:23going to pass,
19:23Roan van der Moesdijk,
19:25and he moves up,
19:26just behind Jan Pankar,
19:27as we look at,
19:28Ruben Fernandes,
19:30the young Spaniard,
19:32trying to put Vlanderen,
19:33under some pressure here,
19:34looks like he's still,
19:36got Stouffer behind him,
19:39and the other,
19:40of the HRC Hondas,
19:41is Tim Geiser,
19:42and there he is,
19:43still in second,
19:43but look at this,
19:44the gap has started,
19:45to increase now,
19:46it looks like Fevre,
19:48has withstood,
19:49the pressure from Geiser,
19:50at this stage,
19:51and with 10 and a half minutes,
19:52plus the two laps to go,
19:54is starting,
19:54to control the race here,
19:56so Geiser,
19:57pushing hard,
19:58still in second place,
19:59his pace,
20:00very similar to Fevre,
20:01he can't quite get close enough,
20:03to put the direct pressure,
20:05and go for a pass,
20:05at this stage,
20:06but still a long way,
20:07to go here,
20:0810 and a half minutes,
20:09plus two laps to go,
20:09they're starting to close up,
20:10on some of the tailenders here,
20:12and Fevre,
20:13still with a bit of work to do,
20:14he's had a clear track,
20:15in front of him,
20:15for most of the moto,
20:16guys are still keeping,
20:22that pressure on,
20:23the gap goes down,
20:23to two seconds,
20:24now these two,
20:25now well clear,
20:26of Lucas Kernan,
20:27in third position,
20:29and Tim Geiser,
20:30just really starting,
20:31to put that pressure on,
20:32in second place,
20:33he starts to close,
20:34momentarily,
20:36but for a few moments,
20:38there by,
20:39Vicenzo Di Dario,
20:40number 921,
20:41who's just on the,
20:42back end of the field,
20:44there,
20:45and starting to be,
20:45closed up by the leaders,
20:48Roman Fevre,
20:49getting all the information,
20:51needs on the pit board,
20:51he'll be told,
20:52that Tim Geiser,
20:53is just closing up slightly,
20:54the gap going down now,
20:55to,
20:56was two seconds,
20:57I think it'll be about,
20:581,
20:581.4,
20:591.5 seconds,
21:00I would say,
21:01as a visual,
21:01between those two,
21:02as they make their way,
21:03over the Monster Energy,
21:04triple jump,
21:05well clear of course,
21:06of Kernan,
21:07in third position,
21:10Kernan very much,
21:11the young gun,
21:12in this class,
21:12only,
21:1218 years of age,
21:15making a very early switch,
21:17to the,
21:17450s this year,
21:19he was second,
21:19in last year's,
21:20MX2 title race,
21:22but Lucas Kernan,
21:25as you say,
21:25only 18 years of age,
21:26very early,
21:27for a rider to make a stage,
21:28to make the step up,
21:29to MXGP,
21:30but certainly seems to be,
21:32settling in quite nicely,
21:33fourth,
21:33in the title race thus far,
21:35as Glenn Koldenhoff,
21:36makes his way,
21:37back towards us,
21:38still there,
21:38in fifth position,
21:39just losing some,
21:40ground on Renault,
21:41but comfortably,
21:42ahead of Siwa,
21:43at this stage,
21:49so MXGP,
21:51Moto number one here,
21:53at Pietro Morata,
21:54the,
21:55Trentino region of Italy,
21:57it's the second,
21:59of the two Italian,
22:00double headers here,
22:01in two weeks,
22:02of course,
22:02in MXGP,
22:03with Sardinia last weekend,
22:05and this week,
22:06at a very different,
22:07type of track,
22:07the very picturesque,
22:09mountainous region here,
22:11of Trentino,
22:12and we're seeing,
22:13some great action,
22:14out on the track,
22:14but at the moment,
22:15Romain Fevre,
22:15continuing to lead the race,
22:16but that gap,
22:17ebbing and flowing constantly,
22:18as we watch,
22:19Ruben Fernandes,
22:20keeping that pressure,
22:20on Carmen Valandran,
22:22as they battle,
22:23for seventh position,
22:24they've left behind,
22:25the Austrian privateer,
22:26now,
22:26Marshal Stauffer,
22:30a little bit further back,
22:31Kevin Hawkebo,
22:32fighting here,
22:33with Tony Cairoli,
22:34and perhaps,
22:35some of the,
22:36the race rustiness,
22:37for Cairoli,
22:37just starting to show here,
22:39as he starts,
22:39to lose a few positions,
22:42but in the meantime,
22:42a small mistake there,
22:43we saw the back end,
22:44step out momentarily,
22:45for Fevre,
22:45and that is allowing,
22:46Tim Geist to close up here,
22:47so the race,
22:49drawing into its closing stages here,
22:51we've got about,
22:51seven and a half minutes,
22:52plus the two laps to go,
22:54and at one stage,
22:55it looked like Fevre,
22:56was starting,
22:56to control the race,
22:57but Geist fighting back,
23:02they've got the one,
23:03three,
23:03one between them there,
23:04that's the machine,
23:05of Kato Nickel,
23:07the German,
23:07on the Barischmere,
23:08Tuskevane,
23:09so they are starting,
23:11to close up,
23:12on some of the tailenders,
23:15see Fevre making his way,
23:17on the step up,
23:18and didn't look,
23:19too comfortable,
23:20for him there,
23:20Geist looking,
23:21a little bit smoother,
23:22at this stage,
23:23he tries to,
23:24keep that pressure on Fevre,
23:25who's now got a clear track,
23:25in front of him,
23:28so they got past,
23:29Kato Nickel,
23:29who's in,
23:3033rd at this stage,
23:32they are starting,
23:32to pick up,
23:33some of the,
23:33the tailenders,
23:34towards the back,
23:35of the field,
23:36further down,
23:37still Jan Pankar,
23:37in 14th,
23:38Bonacosi moving,
23:39up through the field,
23:40as well,
23:44Ben Watson,
23:45on the charge,
23:45as well,
23:45he moves up to 16th,
23:46on the factory,
23:47beta machine,
23:47not the result,
23:48he would have wanted,
23:49really,
23:49didn't get a very good start,
23:50but he's starting,
23:51to claw back,
23:52a few points here,
23:53it's Jan Pankar,
23:55privately entered,
23:56KTM,
23:56just started,
23:57put the pressure,
23:57on the factory machine,
23:58of Jeffrey Hurlings,
24:00Hurlings,
24:01still in that 10th place,
24:03trying to close up,
24:04on Stauffer,
24:04in 9th position,
24:05but Jan Pankar,
24:06the Slovenian,
24:07really putting the pressure,
24:09now,
24:09on the bullet,
24:10who's just started,
24:11to build his race fitness,
24:13back up now,
24:13after a difficult start,
24:14to the season,
24:14and Ruben Fernandes,
24:15with a brilliant move,
24:16on the inside,
24:17of Carmen Valandran,
24:18really had to be committed,
24:20there,
24:20and he makes it move,
24:21makes the move stick,
24:22as he goes over,
24:22the Monster Energy,
24:23triple jump,
24:24Pankar stands,
24:25with the pressure,
24:25on Hurlings here,
24:26and makes it move,
24:27nice move on the outside,
24:28coming out of the corner,
24:29and Jan Pankar,
24:31has the line,
24:31number 253,
24:32as he gets past the bullet,
24:34and Jeffrey Hurlings,
24:35drops to 11th position,
24:37now,
24:38back at the front,
24:41Fevre continues,
24:42to hold on to the lead,
24:43the gap,
24:43very close indeed,
24:45just over a second now,
24:46as they start to pick their way,
24:47through some more,
24:47of the tailenders,
24:53there might be,
24:54Mark Schurler German there,
24:55currently 27th place,
24:57they've just that,
24:57so less than a second,
24:58between those two,
24:59five and a half minutes,
25:00plus the two laps to go,
25:01still a long way,
25:02to go here for Fevre,
25:03as he looks to battle,
25:04and hold on to that lead,
25:05Tim Geiser,
25:06determined to try,
25:08and get to the front,
25:10and cement that lead,
25:11in terms of the MXGP Championship,
25:13they're now well clear,
25:15of the young Lucas Kernan,
25:16in third position,
25:16Koldov still in fourth,
25:17Jeremy Sea,
25:18we're rounding out the top five,
25:21a little bit further back,
25:22Adam Sterry,
25:23currently 18th position,
25:24Josh Gilbert,
25:25the Cornishman,
25:26in 19th position,
25:27so some of the Brits,
25:28getting into the points,
25:32looking out for Ben Watson,
25:33he's currently in 16th place,
25:35and the Scotsman,
25:36John Adamson,
25:37currently in 24th position,
25:38so the two Lexa MX riders,
25:41running well,
25:41on the edge of the points,
25:43Josh Gilbert,
25:44of course,
25:45who was racing,
25:46a couple of seasons ago,
25:47for the,
25:48Crendan 2.7 Honda team,
25:50in Great Britain,
25:50but turned down,
25:51the opportunity,
25:52to continue with the team,
25:53as he wanted to,
25:54get some more,
25:55MXGP experience,
25:56to,
25:56race with the world's best,
25:58and he's doing that,
25:59at the moment,
26:00and sitting in the points,
26:01with our focus,
26:02very much here,
26:03on the top two,
26:05and listen to the,
26:06what you might say,
26:07is the de facto,
26:08home crowd there,
26:09the Slovenians,
26:10getting behind Geiser here,
26:11as he really starts,
26:12with a late,
26:13push now,
26:14on Romain Fevre,
26:16Tim Geiser,
26:17the gap goes down,
26:18to under a second now,
26:2146 Grand Prix wins,
26:23to his name,
26:24five,
26:25world titles,
26:27four time winner,
26:28in MXGP,
26:29last title win,
26:29in 22,
26:31and he'll be determined,
26:31to try and fight back here,
26:33and put the pressure back,
26:34on Fevre,
26:35look at the clock though,
26:38less than four minutes to go,
26:39plus two laps,
26:40so this is Geiser's moment here,
26:41we're coming into the closing few laps,
26:42squares the turn off,
26:43on Fevre,
26:44but Fevre has the line,
26:45out of the corner,
26:48Romain Fevre knows,
26:49that he has a fight here,
26:52as Geiser's look down the inside,
26:53oh lovely move there,
26:54from Tim Geiser,
26:55gets the inside line,
26:56and snatches the lead,
26:58can Fevre fight back,
26:59look at the crowd,
27:00they like that one,
27:01that's a champion's line there,
27:05Tim Geiser saw half an opportunity,
27:07to make a clean pass,
27:08down the inside,
27:08and he certainly snatched it there,
27:10so what can Romain Fevre do,
27:12can he fight back,
27:14Fevre will be determined,
27:15to look at the lines here,
27:16that Geiser is using,
27:17as we move towards,
27:18the final few laps,
27:19there's still time,
27:19for Fevre to retake that lead,
27:22but I'm sure,
27:23that Tim Geiser,
27:23will be trying,
27:24to pull away here,
27:25in the final three or four laps,
27:26of this moto,
27:28Fevre looking down the inside,
27:30enough just,
27:32to put the pressure back,
27:32on Geiser there,
27:33who looks over his shoulder,
27:35Fevre will be determined,
27:38though,
27:38to claw this one back,
27:39and there he is,
27:40down the inside,
27:40gets a nice drive,
27:41out of the corner,
27:42over the uphill jump,
27:44towards the city,
27:45downhill section here,
27:46and Romain Fevre,
27:49Fevre of course,
27:50the 2015 MXGP World Champion,
27:53he had some,
27:54injury struck years,
27:56and the years that followed,
27:572018 and 19 in particular,
28:00really saw him,
28:00drop down the reckoning,
28:01but,
28:02you would say here,
28:03that he's got the potential,
28:04to try and fight back,
28:05and take a second world title,
28:07he's 33 years of age now,
28:09so he's coming up,
28:10towards the closing years,
28:11in his MXGP career,
28:14but still as strong as ever,
28:15on the factory Kawasaki,
28:17and keeping that pressure,
28:18on Tim Geiser,
28:192.09 to go,
28:20plus two laps remaining,
28:21Tim Geiser desperately,
28:21trying to pull away,
28:22they both,
28:23pressed the huge,
28:24monster energy jump,
28:25at the start of the lap,
28:26and you can see Fevre,
28:27switching to those,
28:28inside lines,
28:29trying to find somewhere,
28:30where he can claw back,
28:31on Geiser,
28:32as they make their way,
28:33through the right hander,
28:33and back up the hill,
28:35these two well clear,
28:36of Koenun,
28:37it's all about Geiser,
28:38and Fevre here,
28:39as Fevre,
28:39oh he just stumbled,
28:42in the rut there,
28:43doesn't lose much time,
28:45he can't afford,
28:46any more mistakes,
28:46though here,
28:47because Geiser,
28:47just starting to pull away,
28:48slowly here,
28:49as we head towards,
28:50the final laps,
28:51of MXGP,
28:52Moto number one,
28:52Koenun still in third,
28:53Renault,
28:54cold and off Siwa,
28:54so Jeremy Siwa,
28:56with the Swiss rider,
28:57up to sixth place now,
28:58on the factory Ducati,
28:59that's a good result,
29:00there for the Italian brand,
29:01you would say,
29:02on their home circuit,
29:03all new machine,
29:06of course,
29:06so still very much,
29:07in the development stage,
29:08but still showing it,
29:09at the sharp end,
29:10of Grand Prix,
29:10Motocross,
29:11Fernandes,
29:117th,
29:12Vlandron 8th,
29:12Pankar,
29:13and Stauffer,
29:13still there,
29:14in 10th position,
29:16just ahead of Jeffrey Hurling,
29:17Sky Rowley,
29:18still in 12th,
29:19Iago Gietz,
29:19Ben Watson,
29:20further down,
29:20Bonacorsi,
29:22in 15th position,
29:23as Tim Geiser,
29:26just starts to pull away,
29:28ever so slowly,
29:29we'll have a look at the gap,
29:30in a few moments,
29:31it was 1.7 seconds,
29:32I think it may have gone up,
29:34towards two,
29:36there's another mistake there,
29:37from Fevre in the ruts there,
29:38that'll lose invaluable time,
29:40as he moves towards,
29:41the final few laps here,
29:42this is all going the way now,
29:43of Tim Geiser,
29:43in the closing stages,
29:45have a look at that again,
29:46as he goes to the outside line,
29:47you just see,
29:48catching the kicker,
29:49in the rut here,
29:51so nothing too serious,
29:52for Fevre,
29:53but it will just cost him,
29:54a little bit of momentum,
29:57as we see the move again,
29:58from Geiser,
29:59he got some nice lines,
30:00coming up towards,
30:01the right hander,
30:04so Geiser,
30:05just tucking in behind Fevre,
30:07we saw Fevre,
30:08just stumble out of the rut there,
30:10leaving the inside line open,
30:11and Geiser saw,
30:12half an opportunity there,
30:13rail the berm on the inside,
30:15and that was perfect for him there,
30:16he was able also,
30:17to block past Fevre,
30:18coming out to the corner,
30:19as they went up the hill,
30:20preventing Fevre,
30:21from repassing on the outside line,
30:23and Tim Geiser,
30:24could that be the crucial move,
30:26that takes the first,
30:27MXGP Moto win here,
30:29at Trentino,
30:30we shall find out,
30:31very shortly of course,
30:32as we've got,
30:33the final three laps,
30:34of the Moto,
30:34but Geiser,
30:35is starting to pull away here,
30:37the gap goes up,
30:38to 2.1 seconds on the previous lap,
30:40and he's continuing,
30:41just to put some nice lines in here,
30:42as he picks his way through,
30:43some of the tailenders,
30:44and starts to,
30:46increase the gap,
30:47on Fevre in second place,
30:48Geiser,
30:52of course,
30:52have the double moto wins,
30:54in Spain,
30:55and in France,
30:56at the European round as well,
30:57so,
30:57he's,
30:58really got that early momentum,
30:59in the 2025 title race,
31:01behind him,
31:02as we see the resumption,
31:04of the,
31:05MXGP battle,
31:07of Seasons,
31:08gone by here,
31:09Cairoli versus Hurlings,
31:11this is great stuff to see here,
31:12they're not,
31:13exactly in the positions,
31:14they would want to be here,
31:15of course,
31:15Hurlings,
31:17and Cairoli battling,
31:18for 11th place,
31:19and,
31:19I'll go Geert,
31:20starting to make some inroads here,
31:23Geert's down the inside,
31:24tries to go on the inside,
31:25of Cairoli,
31:27doesn't quite get through,
31:29so Geert's number 93,
31:30looking good here,
31:31as he makes his way back through,
31:32another rider,
31:34who's very much on the injury,
31:35come back here,
31:36of course,
31:36he had a difficult time,
31:38in 2024,
31:40pretty much missed,
31:41the entire season,
31:42he was the MXGP,
31:44runner up in 2023,
31:46but starting to,
31:47really start to,
31:48make a good comeback here,
31:49as he starts to get some more points,
31:50and battling strongly,
31:52with Cairoli,
31:53Geiser still leading the way,
31:54Fever staging a late charge here,
32:02though,
32:02with two laps to go,
32:04the gap goes down,
32:04to 1.3 seconds,
32:06so,
32:06Romain Fever,
32:07not giving this one up here,
32:08and he has closed,
32:10the gap slightly,
32:11it looked like,
32:12it was going to be Geiser,
32:13running away with things here,
32:14but,
32:14Fever fighting back,
32:15there's Kernan,
32:15still in third,
32:17and the young Belgian,
32:18still with another good showing here,
32:20he's fourth in the title race,
32:21took a motor win,
32:22last weekend at Sardinia,
32:24and,
32:25if he can get third,
32:26in this first motor,
32:26it'll certainly be,
32:27a good start for him here,
32:28as Cairoli,
32:30round the outside,
32:30of the number 411,
32:31Martial Stauffer,
32:35but Stauffer holds the line,
32:36holds on to that position,
32:37then Giertz gets through,
32:38past Cairoli,
32:39so,
32:40Iago Giertz,
32:40the 2023,
32:42MX2 runner up,
32:4524 wins in MX2,
32:46for the young Belgian,
32:47but yet to win in MXGP,
32:49Giertz's MXGP career,
32:51hasn't really got going,
32:52you would say,
32:53injury,
32:54really has prevented him,
32:55from making inroads,
32:56so,
32:56this is very much a case,
32:58of getting back to pace here,
32:59for the young Belgian,
33:00in 12th position,
33:01and it'll certainly be a,
33:03good opportunity there,
33:05for him to race,
33:06with the,
33:07statistically,
33:07the most successful rider,
33:09in the MXGP era,
33:11Antonio Cairoli,
33:12in that battle,
33:13with 12th position,
33:14but Tim Geiser,
33:15with one and a half,
33:16laps to go,
33:17starting to pull away,
33:19again now,
33:19from Fever,
33:19but this race,
33:20still wide open here,
33:22Fever,
33:22not quite close enough,
33:23to go for a pass,
33:24here on Geiser,
33:25but conversely,
33:26Geiser can't afford,
33:27any kind of a mistake here,
33:28he's got to get,
33:30every rut,
33:31every corner,
33:32absolutely sorted out,
33:33and correct here,
33:33can't afford to wash out,
33:35on any of the corners,
33:36as they go,
33:37into the last lap,
33:37of the race here,
33:38this is still wide open,
33:40and there we see,
33:42we just saw that,
33:42a few moments ago,
33:43Tim Geiser,
33:44scrubbing the jump there,
33:45as he tries to,
33:46break away from Fever,
33:47Fever,
33:47Fever,
33:47over the huge,
33:51monster energy jump,
33:52for the final time,
33:53in this first moto,
33:55oh,
33:56Fever's gone down,
33:57lost the front wheel,
33:59and that is,
34:00the first moto,
34:01right the way,
34:02of Tim Geiser,
34:03will he know,
34:04that Fever went down,
34:04they went down the inside,
34:06and lost the front end,
34:08let's have a look,
34:09at that again,
34:10on the drone footage here,
34:11so Geiser leading the way,
34:12and Fever,
34:13out of absolutely nowhere,
34:16the front end,
34:17just tucked away on him,
34:17on the outside,
34:19and down he goes,
34:21did he have enough,
34:22of a cushion,
34:23to stay ahead of Kudon,
34:23I don't think he did,
34:25that looks like,
34:26the KTM ahead of him there,
34:27that was a big washout,
34:28there for Romain Fever,
34:29and he will be furious,
34:31with that mistake,
34:34late drama here,
34:35in MXGP moto number one,
34:37and another one goes down,
34:38Geert has gone down,
34:39on the final lap,
34:40so,
34:40he was doing well,
34:42to get through the field,
34:43but he loses positions,
34:44in the closing stages,
34:46MXGP getting tough,
34:47in this final lap,
34:48but Tim Geiser,
34:49I'm sure he will know,
34:51now in some of these,
34:52hairpin corners,
34:53he will know that Fever has gone,
34:55and he knows he can,
34:55control this race,
34:56the crowd very pleased,
34:57with that one as well,
34:58so Tim Geiser,
35:00making his way,
35:00around the final half lap,
35:01to take MXGP moto number one,
35:04with something,
35:05of a decent cushion,
35:05I think Fever has stayed,
35:07ahead of Lucas Konan,
35:07in second place,
35:08so,
35:09at least he will retain,
35:11those 22 points,
35:12for moto number one,
35:13but it's going to be,
35:15Tim Geiser,
35:16around the final corner,
35:17and takes the first moto win,
35:19Tim Geiser,
35:20with the victory,
35:22disappointment,
35:23for Roman Fever,
35:24in the closing stages,
35:25there he is,
35:25he's up on the pegs,
35:26he's just going to bring it home,
35:27for moto number one,
35:28he will be furious,
35:29with that small mistake,
35:31but he does enough,
35:32to hold on,
35:33to that second place,
35:34the battle going on,
35:36behind him,
35:37but a rather detuned,
35:38Fever over the line,
35:40as we say of course,
35:41he will doubtless,
35:42be very disappointed,
35:43with that last lap mistake,
35:45but he's okay,
35:46and he will fight again,
35:47in moto number two,
35:48Lucas Konan,
35:48coming around the final,
35:49few corners,
35:50he will bring it home,
35:51in third position,
35:52and there he goes,
35:53over the line,
35:53so Konan in third,
35:54for the Red Bull Factory,
35:55KTM team,
35:56Maxime Renaud,
36:02the young Frenchman,
36:03in fourth place,
36:04on the factory Yamaha,
36:05Glenn Koldenoff,
36:05just behind in fifth,
36:06there's Jeremy Seewer,
36:07on the Ducati,
36:08in sixth place,
36:09fending off,
36:10Ruben Fernandez,
36:11on the line,
36:13Calvin Blander,
36:14coming through,
36:15he will finish,
36:15in eighth position,
36:19Jan Pankar,
36:20ninth,
36:21and Jeffrey Hurling,
36:22should stay ahead,
36:23on Marshall Stafford,
36:24it looks like Ben Watson,
36:25fighting there,
36:26with Tony Cairoli,
36:26on the final lap,
36:27as they make their way,
36:28round towards the final corner,
36:30but Jeffrey Hurling,
36:31getting through,
36:33just ahead of them,
36:33he will round out,
36:34the top ten,
36:34good result there,
36:35for Hurling,
36:35as he continues,
36:36his injury comeback,
36:37in the top ten,
36:39and a good result,
36:40for the Savinians though,
36:41ninth position,
36:42for Jan Pankar,
36:43but Tim Geiser,
36:44is the first,
36:46Moto winner,
36:47in quite some style there,
36:49a little bit further back,
36:50Thiago Gitsch,
36:51then recovering to finish,
36:52in 15th position,
36:53Bonacorsi,
36:54just a little bit,
36:55further behind,
36:56in 16th place,
36:57not the result,
36:58he would have wanted,
36:59Tim Geiser,
37:00looking very good,
37:00in Moto number one,
37:01took a brilliant pass,
37:02in the closing few laps,
37:04and it's going to be,
37:05the Slovenian,
37:06Tim Geiser,
37:07who gets the,
37:08first Moto victory,
37:08in quite some style,
37:10in quite some style,
37:11looking further back,
37:19Ben Watson,
37:1912th position,
37:20getting ahead of,
37:21Tony Cairoli,
37:22on the final lap,
37:23Adam Sterry,
37:24in 18th position,
37:25and Josh Gilbert,
37:26the Cornishman,
37:27on the Lexer MX machine,
37:29he will get,
37:30the final points position,
37:31on his,
37:33next to the next machine,
37:35he finishes,
37:37on the Honda,
37:37in 20th position,
37:38just behind Tom Goff,
37:39but Geiser,
37:40the first Moto winner,
37:42he doubtless,
37:42will be very pleased,
37:43about that one,
37:44winning in the end though,
37:46by 17.6 seconds,
37:48of Roman Febvre,
37:49courtesy,
37:50of that last,
37:50that full Febvre,
37:53it's very important,
37:54in terms of the title race,
37:55there for Tim Geiser,
37:55he increases the gap,
37:56on Roman Febvre,
37:57psychologically,
37:58you think that would be,
37:59very important indeed,
37:59for him.
38:00Tim Geiser,
38:00congratulations,
38:01you applied the pressure,
38:02you got the job done,
38:03that was a perfectly,
38:04timed race for you.
38:05Yeah exactly,
38:06I mean,
38:07I was enjoying all day,
38:08the track is,
38:09in a better shape,
38:10than yesterday,
38:11you know,
38:11yesterday was quite,
38:12flat,
38:13fast,
38:14high speed track,
38:15no ruts in the corner,
38:16so,
38:17today is,
38:17you know,
38:17during the,
38:18the night was raining,
38:19a little bit,
38:20so it makes the track,
38:21a little bit more softer,
38:21you can be more creative,
38:22with the line,
38:23so,
38:24yeah take a good start,
38:25and then riding behind,
38:26Roman didn't want to pass him,
38:27too quick in the race,
38:28but then I was really,
38:29uploving the pressure,
38:30and searching for the,
38:31for a place where to pass him,
38:33then I managed to do it,
38:33that couple of laps to go,
38:35and yeah,
38:36really happy with the win.
38:37Good luck for the second race,
38:38thanks Tim.
38:42Tim Geiser then,
38:43looking very pleased,
38:44with that first motor victory,
38:45happy with the track,
38:45and happy with his riding,
38:46and that will doubtless be,
38:48a very important moto,
38:50in terms of,
38:51cementing his lead,
38:53at the front,
38:53of the MXGP title race,
38:55and remember of course,
38:57Romo Fevre,
38:58still playing catch up,
38:59at this stage,
39:00so,
39:01from a psychological point of view,
39:02you would say,
39:03that would also be,
39:03a very important moto,
39:06for Tim Geiser,
39:07last won a world title,
39:10in 2022,
39:11and he will be determined,
39:13to try,
39:14and add to his,
39:15for MXGP world titles,
39:17in 2025,
39:18and one has been,
39:19a very tough circuit,
39:20there is the prospect,
39:21of some more rain,
39:22this afternoon,
39:22which could really,
39:23shake things up,
39:24but the track settling in,
39:25quite nice,
39:26at the end of moto,
39:27number one,
39:27but like we saw,
39:28even in the closing stages,
39:30at the ability,
39:31to bite back hard,
39:32here's the start,
39:33for MXGP,
39:34look on the outside,
39:35there,
39:35that was Kai Roly,
39:36with that brilliant start,
39:37sweeping around the outside,
39:39from the last gate pick,
39:40but Romo Fevre,
39:41with a brilliant hole shot,
39:43getting the lead,
39:44nice and early on for him,
39:45but crucially,
39:46of course,
39:46the championship big hitters,
39:47all got away well,
39:49Glenn Koldenov,
39:50and Tim Geiser,
39:51second and third,
39:52in the early stages,
39:53Geiser very quickly,
39:54sweeping through,
39:55to second place,
39:57Lucas Koen,
39:58also got away well,
40:00and started,
40:00but the pressure,
40:01on Koldenov,
40:02lovely block pass there,
40:03from the Belgian,
40:04in the early stages,
40:05Koldenov fighting,
40:06with Maxime Renault,
40:07who was starting,
40:08to make his way,
40:09back through the,
40:10sharp end of the field,
40:12in that fight,
40:13for around the,
40:14four fifth positions here,
40:16Ruben Fernandes,
40:16took an early tumble,
40:17but fought back,
40:18very well,
40:18getting past the,
40:19brilliant pass there,
40:20from him on,
40:21on Glamour,
40:21and Glandrin,
40:23it looked like,
40:23Romo Fevre,
40:24was going to run away,
40:25with things,
40:26as we enter,
40:26the second part of the race,
40:27but Geiser fought back,
40:28with a brilliant move,
40:29down the inside,
40:30after a small fumble,
40:31from Fevre,
40:32to that lovely inside line,
40:36Fevre determined,
40:36not to give this one up though,
40:38Geiser tried to pull away,
40:39but Fevre was,
40:40really putting the pressure,
40:42into the final lap,
40:42until this small mistake,
40:44front end,
40:45just washing out,
40:45the back end followed,
40:46and Fevre went down,
40:47big style on the final lap,
40:48Ryder okay,
40:50and luckily,
40:50had a decent enough cushion,
40:52to hold on,
40:52to that second place,
40:53from Lucas Koenig,
40:55but in the end,
40:55it was Tim Geiser,
40:57who took a,
40:58very popular,
40:59opening Moto victory,
41:00the number 243,
41:02Tim Geiser,
41:03the Slovenian,
41:04taking the first Moto victory,
41:06and as you can see,
41:07just in the middle of the screen there,
41:08the Slovenian flag flying,
41:09there's plenty of Slovenian supporters,
41:11here this weekend,
41:12at Trentino,
41:13and they have seen their man,
41:15take victory,
41:16in Moto number one,
41:17so it's Geiser that wins,
41:18Fevre second,
41:18Koenig third,
41:20Renault in fourth,
41:20from Koldenov,
41:21Jeremy Seaver in sixth,
