00:04just bringing you some of our headlines today. Yesterday Doncaster man Joshua Rafferty was
00:11sent to prison for nine years for causing the death of his brother Aidan Allen by dangerous
00:16driving. The recorder of Sheffield, the Crown Court yesterday, Judge Jeremy Richardson Casey
00:24acknowledged that Rafferty will have to live with what he's done for the rest of his life.
00:30He said, I accept you are filled with guilt but you are the author of this catastrophe.
00:35It is also a family catastrophe. So you can read all about that story. It's a very unusual case
00:42and it's a very, very sad case. But sentence has been given to Rafferty and yes he's now behind
00:50bars. So also what we've got for you today, Nigel Farage was in the city yesterday again.
00:58He said he's delighted to have a famous son of Doncaster endorse Reform UK's candidate for city
01:03mayor. There was a press conference yesterday where Farage and mayoral candidate Alexander
01:09Jones were joined by the former owner of Doncaster Rovers, John Ryan. Mr Ryan said,
01:15decade after decade after decade we have a Labour council and what have they done?
