00:00An undesirable alien was declared by DILG, the Russian-American vlogger who used content to harass some Filipinos.

00:07According to DILG, the vlogger was not allowed to be deported, and instead, he was forced to obey the law of the Philippines.

00:33These are just some of the things that a Russian-American vlogger is currently doing to earn his content.

00:40But unlike his vlog, the foreign national is now facing the media.

00:47He was also followed by authorities.

00:50According to the Department of Interior and Local Government, Secretary John V. Cremulia,

00:55this vlogger is considered an undesirable alien.

00:58Because of his constant harassment of our countrymen,

01:02Cremulia insisted that the last vlogger should not be deported.

01:07Let us show that the law of the Philippines is against the foreigners here.
