00:00Three men were arrested for separate allegations of abuse against minors.

00:06Witness, John Consulta.

00:12The 41-year-old man was not alone when he was arrested by the NBI-Cavite North agents in San Pablo, Laguna.

00:20He was arrested for abuse against two of his children, including his own son, who is only 4 years old.

00:28Two of his children were not able to pay for what he was doing.

00:33He complained to the NBI through a non-governmental organization.

00:41So the NBI worked on him.

00:43And we were able to prove that his own 4-year-old son molested him as well.

00:50According to the NBI, the suspect took advantage of the fact that the mother of the victims was not present

00:55and was working in Saudi Arabia.

00:58According to the NBI, the victims were pointing knives at them every time they were molested

01:03and were afraid that their grandmother would kill them if they did not obey her will.

01:08This started when his stepdaughter was only 17 years old.

01:14She started molesting the child.

01:19Their guardian is only their father, including our three victims.

01:24They do not have any other family members.

01:26The suspect was charged with rape, child abuse, and expanded anti-trafficking in persons act.

01:38A grandmother was also arrested by the NBI for molesting a 10-year-old girl.

01:44The 63-year-old suspect is the father of the victim's stepmother and is considered her guardian.

01:50The suspect started molesting the victim when she was only 10 years old in 2019.

01:59And in 2022, there was a violent assault on the victim.

02:07In 2022, the victim told her class advisor what happened.

02:12She also informed her stepmother and reported the crime.

02:16According to the accused, the victim was only 4 years old when she was molested.

02:21She asked if the victim was raped and raped.
