00:00Twelve young men were arrested while a man was being hanged in Santa Ana, Manila.

00:05What they are doing is initiation rites so that they can join their group.

00:17On February 2, last night, CCTV captured a group of men in Santa Ana, Manila.

00:24But later on, a man was being hanged.

00:29First, a member of the Tactical Motorcycle Reaction Unit arrived.

00:33Twelve young men were arrested, ten of them minor detainees.

00:38Based on the investigation of the MPD, the members of the gang are the suspects.

00:42And what was captured by CCTV? Initiation rites.

00:46We found out that the initiation that they call is Jump In.

00:50And what we are saying that our victim will go through is what we call a 30-second massacre,

00:58where they will injure, beat, and beat up those who join their group.
