00:16The Criminal Investigation and Coordinating Center is relying on the guidelines for their applications in dealing with deepfakes.

00:24According to CICC Executive Director Undersecretary Alexander Ramos,

00:28this technology has just been acquired.

00:30Ramos explained that he will follow this up in the coming days because it needs to be distributed immediately.

00:36According to him, they have reached an agreement with the Presidential Communications Office for a faster distribution.

00:42This is what we will distribute to independent checkers for the public to use, for the different stakeholders.

00:59They are in the process of accreditation of partner stakeholders that will be the body for reporting these, including the media.
