00:21Members of PhilHealth can use their benefits throughout the year.
00:27The so-called Universal Health Care Act and Directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. are in place.
00:36All Filipinos should benefit from the National Health Insurance Program.
00:42PhilHealth will continue to monitor facilities through its Healthcare Provider Assessment Monitoring Parametric
00:51that follows the Clinical Standards and Reimbursement Rules.
00:59If there are patients who will not be claimed by the hospital,

01:23or they can email us at actoncenter.philhealth.gov.ph
01:29or they can look for our hospital employees.
01:35We call them T-Cares and they can complain there so that they can be helped.
