00:00Comelec is now distributing the Voter's Information Sheet or VIS to registered voters in the country.

00:13It includes the precinct of the voter and a guide on how they can vote.

00:18Comelec Chairman George Erwin Garcia said,

00:21it's better to distribute it personally because it's cheaper and faster than by mail.

00:28A while ago, in a barangay in Pasay City,

00:30the VIS was distributed by Sen. Garcia and three Comelec Commissioners.

00:35The voter must sign it as proof that the VIS was delivered.

00:41Comelec said that their people have an ID to distribute the VIS.

00:4768 million registered voters across the country can receive it.

00:52Senatorial candidates are also voting to distribute their platform.
