00:27The farmers are in loss because of the low supply.

00:30They are only able to earn Php 5 per kilo.

00:34They stopped growing tomatoes so that they won't be wasted.

00:39If the price of tomatoes drops,

00:42the price of fresh dalonggong will reach Php 400 per kilo.

00:46The price of alumahan and bakul will increase.

00:50People are forced to buy frozen fish because the price of frozen fish is low.

00:54The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources noticed that the price of fish is higher than last year.

01:00There are possible reasons for the high logistical costs in the whole supply chain of production.

01:09That would include fuel,

01:11and other relevant logistical needs like the rental of delivery trucks.

01:21The price of chicken varies from Php 170 to Php 250 per kilo.

01:27When it comes to rice,

01:29on March 31, it will drop to Php 45 per kilo,

01:32the maximum suggested retail price of imported rice.

01:35It is now at Php 49 per kilo.

01:38We are short of budget.

01:40We need to buy lower prices so that we can afford to buy everything.

01:47Farmers are complaining that they can't afford to buy rice from the NFA because their farms are full.

01:54Malacanang said that they have already talked to the NFA.

01:58There are no farms that are full.

02:02All farmers who sell rice need to buy rice because it's peak season now.

02:09If the farms are short of rice, the NFA will rent it.
