00:50But what's happening now is that Trump has made it clear that he has contempt for the
00:56Europeans.
00:58He has little use for NATO and he at least wants to greatly reduce the American presence
01:05in Europe, if not eliminate it.
01:09I'm not saying that will happen, but there's no question that the United States presence
01:13in Europe is going to decrease and Trump is going to turn more responsibility for running
01:19Europe over to the Europeans.
