00:00The President declaring America is back. Is it a little early to be saying that, do you think?
00:05Well, substantively it is, and also he has to do that obviously for political reasons.
00:11That speech was masterful last night. When you look at the reviews, I have to tell you personally
00:16that when I heard that the speech in advance was going to be over two hours, or around two hours,
00:22I rolled my eyes. Famously, for your audience to understand, Bill Clinton gave a State of the Union speech
00:28which was panned as one of the worst speeches ever because he went too long.
00:33Now, when we talk about America's success, what he has done, and he has been able to do
00:37through executive orders, and obviously through the power of his presidency and personality,
00:42is undo immediately failures of Biden, particularly when you look at border enforcement.
00:49Illegal immigrants' crossings have dramatically dropped to the point that they're the lowest,
00:55even during his presidency. When you look at what he's been able to do in terms of taking away
01:01the red tape, the bureaucracy of government, he has the power through executive orders,
01:07and he's been able to cut regulations, particularly on the energy industry.
01:12And then going into the culture, and culture is policy, culture is politics now in the United States,
01:19he's been able to undo DEI policies across the federal government.
