00:00Let's start from a presupposition. The baseline on which the target for the PNRR objective was measured was a baseline of 2019 in which the home assistance in many regions was zero.
00:18Let's start from a presupposition that described a nation, a country with many territorial differences, a homogeneity of interventions.
00:29We were able to achieve a very important objective with the PNRR, that is the achievement of assistance to 10% of the population over 65, reporting on European levels and on a parameter of assistance at the European level.
00:48Having said that, it is clear that many difficulties still remain, in the sense that it has been described, we must ensure that the intensity of care also at the level of the home assistance rises and that the hours dedicated to this type of intervention are greater than in the past.
01:06However, I say again that we must consider the starting point and therefore today we are in a transition phase in which we will certainly bring home the European target, but then the regions will first have to face this new approach that must be aimed at keeping the patient as far away from the hospital as possible.
