00:00We are doing a good job with the European Union, because on paper, from a numerical and quantitative point of view, we are getting closer to the goal.
00:15The issue is, however, that we are very far from the goal that must be guaranteed for patients, that is, to increase the level and quality of home care for all those more complex assistance situations,
00:33because they are the ones who should perceive the value of an investment of about 3 billion euros on integrated home care guaranteed by the National Plan for Recovery and Resilience.
00:46This value is struggling to develop today, and this is the real problem.
00:53In addition, we have leopard print situations in the regions, so there are regions that are traveling at a higher speed and others at a much lower speed,
01:06and this, of course, underlines a problem of monitoring and control of the central level in the regions, which is the pillar of Achilles on all health for all the assistance areas that characterize our national health service today.
01:21And then, we are still not on par with the implementation of a very important agreement of 2021, which is the agreement on the accreditation and authorization of home care,
01:33that is, the agreement that establishes the standards of quality, safety and innovation that must be guaranteed in all regional territories.
01:41This element is also very similar and very critical to leopard prints on the national territory.
