00:00Let's start our discussion with an update from the Department of Justice.

00:04Usec Marge, good morning, good afternoon.

00:06What are the details here in the new DOJ Action Center in Central Mindanao that was opened to the public?

00:13Good afternoon, Asec Del, and it's good to be back.

00:16Asec Del, as part of the DOJ's campaign to expand justice for every Filipino,

00:22the 7th DOJ Action Center in Coronadal City was formally inaugurated.

00:27This is the 7th regional office that was opened by DOJAC in Central Mindanao

00:32as part of the mandate of Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Boyeng Sirimulya

00:36to enforce the law properly and fairly.

00:40The inauguration was led by Regional Prosecutor Al Calica of Regional Prosecutor's Office 12

00:47brought by prosecutors from different parts of Mindanao.

00:52DOJAC Program Director Assistant State Prosecutor Joanne Carla Guevara

00:57also led the DOJ's planned and projected plans for Region 12

01:02such as the Katarungan Caravan Justice in Action Lecture Series,

01:07DSWD Psychosocial Assistance, and many more.

01:11For now, DOJAC has been providing free legal service to the public for four decades.

01:17Usec March, what are the next DOJAC centers that we expect to open?

01:22Hopefully, we will open one in Region 4A this year

01:28and hopefully by next year, we might be in Negros.

01:32Usec, in other talks, how is the completion of the new agencies of the National Bureau of Investigation or NBI

01:39included in the 52nd Agent's Basic Training Program?

01:45ASIC-DL was led by Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Boyeng C. Remulia

01:50the program for the completion of the 44 new agencies of the National Bureau of Investigation

01:57including 32 lawyers, 10 certified public accountants, and 2 registered criminologists.

02:04Secretary Remulia's advice to those who completed

02:06is to always serve the country and the world with one heart

02:11in the change towards a new Philippines.

02:14Aside from this, Secretary Boyeng also assured a stronger support for employees and the NBI

02:21that has a world-class, quality, and strong cybercrime division.

02:26Usec, how will we know if there will be another training or program

02:34for those who want to become NBI agents?

02:36ASIC-DL, definitely this year, we will have trainings and workshops

02:39so let's just wait for it to be announced on the NBI website.
