00:15a festival.
00:16Lot of women think that if they are not comfortable wearing anything other than saree, then gym
00:32is not for them.
00:33But if you feel comfortable in it, you can do anything you want to, wearing anything
00:40you want to.
01:02Weight training helps a lot because muscles move weight and muscles are attached to bones.
01:10So bones become stronger after training with weights.
01:22Women also think that training with weights will make them look like men and that is not
01:28true.
01:29Weight training only makes you strong and in turn, it makes you look younger.
01:35My husband helps me with my each and every workout.
01:41If I am home late, my kids cook dinner for them and for me also.
02:01Schools were closed and I was like, what should I do now?
02:07So I asked my mother, should I lift you up and do squats?
02:12She was like, what are you saying?
02:16I said, let's try it, why not?
02:25I was never expected to take part in the competition.
02:29After so many years, after delivery and after two kids, that's every athlete's ultimate
