00:00Dear Millennials, it is important to have a good work-life balance and food is one of the things that can do it for you
00:11Do not drink more than two to three cups of chai or coffee per day. Coffee and stuff
00:16These are big groundwater guzzlers. If you over drink stuff that is water intensive
00:23That is not very
00:26Sustainable that in the long run you are also going to be damaging your health
00:31That's just one part of it. The second part is that too much of coffee
00:36Essentially means not eating on time. It means delayed lunches. It means even
00:43Bigger dinners because it's only then that you can actually eat everything all of that is going to mean
00:49Central obesity, a big fat stomach
00:52It is going to mean a restless night
00:54even when you're not in love with anyone and it is even going to mean an
01:01Irritable start to the day
01:04You know too much time in the bathroom. So just eat on time and
01:09Cut down on the tea or coffee
01:11So my tip number one is going to be at least one of your coffees
01:15Should get replaced with a fresh fruit and if you ask me to pick up on a favorite
01:20I would say banana because banana is going to keep that cut of yours in a good place
01:26It's it's a mood enhancer and it's also good for your bones and joints
01:35When you are romancing all right
01:39falling in love
01:40Dating please please do not bring chocolates for your loved ones
01:45So you want to date you want a romance you want to live a good life together?
01:50Then think and know that cooking is a very important
01:57but an underrated skill for keeping your waistline in a small shape and keeping your
02:04mind and
02:06brain
02:07You know brought us in this especially true for girls
02:10Please do not be with guys who cannot cook because if you want to stay fit in the long run
02:15You need someone who can cook in the kitchen. All right, so no chocolates
02:22for romance
02:23But maybe a nice dal chawal for romance will do a kitchen on the other hand is a place for romance for joy for
02:30Creativity for love for nurture look for a partner who's able to do that with you
02:36because it will be nice growing old with someone who can cook because a person who cooks and who
02:42understands the value of home-cooked food will also make for a partner who's not going to fall sick in the long run and
02:49Not having an ailing or a sick partner is important for maintaining that work-life balance
02:55It can really allow you to pursue your goals and focus on that dream job or the dream career
03:06Get off this whole thing of the kale or the broccoli or the asparagus
03:13None of us knew what that meant in 2010
03:16But in 2020 it is something which is extremely aspirational when you patronize your local fruits and vegetables
03:24They come in, you know, they're known only in their native language, but they do have a lot of goodness to offer
03:31Not just in terms of micronutrients because today with Millennials
03:35Micronutrient deficiencies is a thing there are young people with B12 deficiencies with vitamin D deficiencies with folic acid
03:43Deficiencies with hemoglobin deficiencies and I'm talking about people who are well-to-do. So, you know these comes when the
03:50Diversities in your diets shrink even if you don't see them on Instagram if you see them in the farm if you see them on
03:56The farm then those are the vegetables that you should be going for
