03:15after those 4 or 5 orders were fulfilled I got another 15 odd people you know sending me crazy messages
03:23saying I want this I want this how can I get it and I'm like we're sold out
03:28but that gave us you know a sort of idea of the kind of incredible response this has and demand this has
03:34and we served about 50 60 meals in 4 days

04:04they work with 5 star hotel chefs and established home chefs
04:08and on an average their meals are about 600 or 700 rupees
04:12and I was selling each dish for about 300 350 rupees
04:16and this is Saroj didi she's not got any formal training and things like that
04:20so they were like you know we want to make an exception and we want to get her on the platform
04:24my kitchen is utilized barely for half an hour or one hour every single day
04:29so I've told her that this is your kitchen treated like your kitchen
04:33so she's gone and you know bought bigger utensils
04:36because you can't really cook food for 60 people in pots and pans meant for one single person
04:41so she's invested in some of the equipment we've got an additional LPG gas cylinder for her
04:47and a whole bunch of masalas and all the ingredients
04:50my fridge is already chock-a-block so we need to figure that out going forward

05:12it's easy for me to you know help her financially once
05:17but she and her self-respect would not really accept that you know she would not be comfortable
05:23she's a proud very very self-reliant woman
05:29of course it's running out of my kitchen but I have big dreams you know
05:32hopefully one day Saroj didi will rent up a commercial rental kitchen
05:37and you know take her operation to that scale that she's feeding hundreds of tiffins
05:42and fulfilling hundreds of orders
