May mga kondisyon ‘yan na dapat sundin ng gobyerno ng bansa kung saan palalayain ang nasasakdal. Pero tanong ng Malacañang, paano nila susundin ang mga kondisyon kung hindi kikilalanin ang hurisdiksyon ng ICC?
