00:00Vice-President Sara Duterte challenged the issue of confidential funds by the DepEd when she was in charge of it.

00:08These are the new names that were included in the fund that has no records in the Philippine Statistics Authority.

00:21Amoy Liu, Fernan Amoy, Jog de Asin.

00:25These are just a few of the names that were included in the confidential funds of the Department of Education when Vice-President Sara Duterte was in charge of it.

00:35House Deputy Majority Leader Paolo Ortega did not show any papers.

00:39But it came out in the investigation of the camera of the recipients of DepEd confidential funds that are possibly not real people.

00:49It's like a new ASEM gang.

00:51So, we can see that the pattern is the same.

00:56The situation of Mary Grace Piatos, Miggy Mango, Jay Camote, and the other names are the same.

01:09Like the other names that were discovered first, there are no records of these in the PSA.

01:16There are 677 that have no records.

01:20That's a lot because it's 1,000 plus.

01:25In DepEd alone, it's 400 plus out of 700.

01:29So, that's a trend.

01:34According to Representative Ortega, it's possible that the non-real people received millions of pesos of confidential funds.

01:42He said that this will strengthen the Article 2 of the impeachment complaint.

01:46But is there anything wrong with using fake names for confidential funds?

01:51They said that there is a process for that.

01:57They should not be able to answer that easily.

01:59They also said that confidential agents, confidential people,

02:04can't just use names.

02:08There should be a back-up, a trail of who the real person is.

02:14Vice President Sara Duterte was right to answer the issue.

02:18Yes, we believe that VP Sara has the obligation to tell something about this.
