00:00The Filipinos experienced a new kind of harassment in Rosal Reef.

00:05Their story is that instead of helping them sink their boat,

00:08they were lured by the China Coast Guard.

00:19The Filipinos are fishing in Rosal Reef or Iroquois

00:22inside the exclusive economic zone of the Philippines.

00:28When they were suddenly approached by a Chinese helicopter.

00:32He hovered at a low altitude of just 15 feet.

00:37And he was doing this to the Filipino fishermen.

00:41We're thinking that they're doing this as a form of harassment

00:45to lure our Filipino fishermen.

00:47Because the video was sent to the Coast Guard,

00:50they immediately responded to the fishermen who were also caught by the rain

00:54and the strong waves.

00:58We are one of the media personnel who accompanied them

01:01to ride the BRP Cape Engaño this Saturday.

01:04Next is the BRP Melchorra Aquino,

01:07one of the largest Philippine Coast Guard vessels.
