00:00Even though the invitation was personally accepted, Vice President Sara Duterte did not plan to go to the camera to hear about the confidential funds of her appointment.

00:17Not an hour after arriving at the camera this Wednesday, Vice President Sara Duterte met former President Rodrigo Duterte while her father was in jail

00:26in a Quadcom hearing about the war on drugs.

00:29At the end of more than half a day of hearing, former President Duterte asked Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:34She said, how was my performance? And I said, best dramatic actor.

00:40Vice President Sara Duterte did not speak during the hearing.

00:43But what she can say now, in the Quadcom hearing, she cannot understand the rules used.

00:49They use inquiry and investigation interchangeably.

00:53So you don't know if it's an inquiry, you're a research person, if it's an investigation, you're a witness or an accused.

01:00The Quadcommittee of the Camera did not respond to that.

01:03Her day started at 6 a.m. and it was around 10.30 p.m.

01:09She said that maybe it was low blood sugar.

01:12So I couldn't eat.

01:14I asked her to excuse herself, but she didn't want to.

01:19But she believed when we told her to eat first.

01:24According to what former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV said about Duterte's money bank accounts,

01:30Vice President Duterte went to all the banks one by one and asked for the accounts that have his name on them.

01:37I asked the banks why they have this.

01:40They said that those accounts might be non-existent.

01:44So I have the accounting, even the transactions that they're saying, I also asked the banks.

01:54She also agreed to accept the invitation for a separate hearing with the OVP Confidential Fund.

02:03Vice President Duterte said that she will not attend the invitation of the House Committee on Good Government and Accountability.

02:08But they plan to send a letter to the committee.

02:12We plan to say why, and then I plan as well to submit an affidavit about the confidential funds.

02:20That affidavit is also under oath.

02:22They only invited me once for the first time.

02:25I went there, I sat there.

02:28They didn't ask me.

02:38They allowed me to leave.

02:39According to the House Committee on Good Government Chair, Congressman Joel Chua,

02:44VP Sara was given the opportunity to clarify the use of the OVP by the government fund,

02:49particularly the confidential funds.

02:51They also said that they sent an invitation for a second hearing,

02:56and the following hearings were rejected.

02:59The committee will only study the affidavit submitted by VP Sara.
