Why do you think drinking is becoming less of a thing for young people—and how are habits shifting?

00:00So I know some young people, I've even got some of my own and whilst of course
00:05they are also like me, they like a drink now and again, but I can see
00:11across the board that it is not a big thing and I think it's the same for me
00:16who can afford it. Well it's not affordable, I think they spend more time
00:21at home playing the games. There's not so much peer pressure as well as when I
00:26was young. But also you know they're smarter than us, they've seen what the
00:31impact is on booze and they're choosing not to good on them. Well it's going to
00:36kill the industry I think yeah, what are they going to do with all these empty
00:40places you know and people do need to get out more and socialise, so they are
00:44good places to be actually. I think there's been a big culture change in
00:48terms of what young people do, I think a lot of people now of that age, of any age
00:54but particularly them, tend to meet remotely or in different sort of
00:58environments than pubs.
