Each cruise line has slightly different rules, but Celebrity Cruises has by far the best policy.

00:14Really? We are on the beach at great stir. Okay, and I want to talk about something that's important on the beach
00:19That is towels. I know it sounds silly
00:22But every cruise line has different towels different towel policies
00:26Dennis if you're on Norwegian if you're on Royal Caribbean, you check out a towel. What happens if you don't return that towel?
00:32They'll charge your room. They'll charge your room for the towel
00:35So make sure when you do that, you take your sale and sign card
00:38Make sure you get them back and if something goes wrong then, you know, you can go to customer service
00:42But we've had people say that somebody stole a towel. They heard that up. They've heard that a million times
00:47Now in some cases your room steward will bring your towel back
00:51But if they don't make sure in the last day you clean out your room
00:55It's not enough that it's in your room. You actually have to check it back in now
00:58One of the things I like about celebrity cruises is they don't do that
01:01But if you check out towels on the island, they are unclear whether there's a policy so just common courtesy check it back in
01:09It sounds so simple
01:10But you don't want to come home and find you at a hundred and fifty dollar bill because you have six towels checked out that
01:15You didn't steal that you actually just left there
01:18Also, they're not very nice towels
01:20The Norwegian ones at least say Norwegian a lot of the cruise line towels are just blank towels
01:25They're designed for you not to steal with them
