00:00You mentioned Ollie Casey Quinn back in, it was harsh from Zach Ashworth, but did Ollie prove why he had to make that decision?
00:05Well, yeah, and he's played like that all season, hasn't he? He's never let me down. He's just a real, very, very decent centre-back who I'm delighted with and can only get better. He's only young, so I'm delighted for him.
00:20You know a decent centre-back when you see him. Does he remind you of anyone in particular, the way he loves to defend and gets his head in the...
00:25I think he's just an old-fashioned one, if you like. You'd hate to play against him. He's all arms and legs and he heads it and he's brave and tough and I've been delighted with him.
00:35And as I said, arguably, over the course I've been at the club, he's been up there with the best performance.
00:42Would you have fancied a set-piece battle against him back in your day?
00:45I always fancied a set-piece battle, but that's why I've got a face like a slapped arse, but there you go.
00:52Just on Josh, you mentioned it's his hip, any early signs of how long that could be?
00:56Don't know until we get him in the treatment room and have a look and probably be scanned on Monday morning and we'll see from there.
01:02That's a big month for him, that contract decision.
01:05You can see what he can do because he gives you a physicality and you need that, I think, in this division. You've got to have a little mixture of both and he certainly gives us that.
01:15Hayden Coulson missed out today, he said players would miss out. Is he just missed out because of selection?
01:19Yeah, he's missed out because obviously he's been injured and come back in and people have done well and he's had to stay behind, as has Embleton.
01:29They're decisions which are difficult, but you have to make them.
01:33A tough decision, but you must be very pleased that you can make it at this point.
01:36Look, if I make too many wrong decisions I get the sack, it's quite simple. Thankfully today we've got it right.
01:44Just to touch on Fletcher again, how much good will that do him?
01:47We had a huge conversation a couple of weeks ago which he's responded and I think he appreciated that of what it is.
01:56You never lose your ability. The kid's had good ability, but he's had big injuries and unfortunately two or three weeks ago he was probably playing within himself.
02:06No matter how good your ability is, you can't at this level or any level and he's took it on board.
02:12He looks a player. Last week I was delighted with him in the hail and the rain and the sleet where we were at Shrewsbury.
02:19He looked to have that little bit of quality which obviously you need at certain times.
02:24He must love that, having an honest chat with a player and them taking it in the right way.
02:28Well, if it works like it is, sometimes it goes the other way and they don't listen to you or accept it, thankfully.
02:34He wants to do well. He's a good kid, he wants to do well, so I'm pleased that he's got a goal and he's looking a little bit like he used to look, which was a good player.
