00:00Obviously every game is important between the end of the season, but this Saturday in particular, it's your last game before an extended break off and by the time you play again, after it, you'll have the game in hand, so the teams above you.
00:10Yeah, so, important game, important game. The other teams have got an advantage of playing twice before we do, but that's the way the cookie crumbles. So, we'll see, see where we are. Can we win on Saturday? That's all our focus is, can we win Saturday? Keep it coming.
00:26It's about setting out the old stall and putting the pressure on, making sure that's the...
00:29Well, they've seen us coming from nowhere, we've turned around, what was it, 12 points a month ago? So, we're on course, we've got to keep that way, you know, it's the big tickly bit, as I keep saying, it's upon us. So, let's hope we can keep well formed, keep well, have a little bit of luck, what you need, and keep everybody going in the right direction.
00:49Have you spoken to Jordan Ward in the last few days? His next two games are against Huddersfield and Leighton Orient, so he could do you a favour, couldn't he?
00:56No, I haven't, I'll give Agus a call on that one though, Agus is his uncle, he's his uncle, so yeah, maybe we'll do that.
01:02Could look like a massive stroke if he scores in both games.
01:04Come on Jordan, we'll all cheer for Jordan Rhodes again, why not?
01:09And obviously, you've got a squad, a lot of players have developed throughout the season and sort of maybe proved people wrong, do you feel a lot of players have done that this season?
01:18Well, I've proved people wrong, but we're young players, the goalkeeper, the difference is night and day from where he was, but you would expect that.
01:27Adele's the same, you know, these lads are here to learn and gain from the experience they're getting, and with the age of them, as long as they do the right things, they can only get better by playing week in and week out.
01:38That's what the loan system's used for, for us to develop them. We'd love to keep a couple of them if we could, that's for sure, we'll see what the situation is, but certainly we're loan players, in particular the goalkeeper and Adele.
01:52Elkin was just getting into the team and doing OK and he's picked up another injury, which is unfortunate, and of course Niall is a proven goalscorer at this level, so yeah, pleased with all of them and they've all enjoyed themselves, which is the most important thing.
02:08Yeah, you've always been able to see that high ceiling for the likes of Harry and Odell and then for the more experienced players like Fletch, the best they can be, they get back to it.
02:15Well, Fletch is in nomination for PFA Player of the Month and this Player of the Month and all the rest of it, which just goes to show to you, a little bit of hard work, roll up your sleeves, because that little bit of confidence, maybe a pat on the back now and again and a kick up the backside, has got to Fletch because he's playing very, very well at the moment.
02:35As I said, we're a threat with them two up at the top end of the pitch, so much so, I can't find a place for Bloxham at the minute, who's chomping at the bit, but looks very, very good when he came on the other night and could have scored a hat-trick within half an hour.
02:48You can go through a lot of players and you can say, well, the club's being rewarded for giving them a chance, but maybe others wouldn't have.
02:54Well, I mean, yeah, you can say that, of course, but we're delighted with the signing. As I said, we made a big call in January, a big, big call, to let five or six experienced players leave and bring in the two or three that we did, but you make these decisions and you hope that they work out your way at this particular moment. It's looking OK.
