00:00Hello everyone, I'm Peter Massey, Senior Development Manager at Haworth Group.
00:06We're here at Olive Lane today, two days before opening, well at least this Tesco Express here will open on day one.
00:15We've developed something that we're really proud of here, what will become a very vibrant high street.
00:22We hope that the local residents and AMP occupiers will use regularly and love using.
00:31So of course Olive Lane where we are today is just a small piece of what we call Waverley, which is a 3,000 home scheme.
00:41It will also deliver 2.1 million square foot of advanced manufacturing space.
00:46It's a thriving community, what we call a truly sustainable community where people can live and work.
00:54At this moment in time it's probably the busiest it's ever been.
00:58We've got up to 16 different contractors including house builders on site.
01:04The houses are flying, which is lovely to hear from the various house builders on site.
01:10Haworth are on site delivering various pieces of amenity.
01:14We're here on Olive Lane, the retail and community hub today.
01:19We've also got Howell Park coming forward in the very near future, which will deliver a 20 acre green space.
01:25Various other business units and employment plots.
01:29But also importantly we've got a Marriott Hotel, which is back on site and under construction and due to be completed towards the end of this year.
