00:17Maulana-e-Salli wa-Sallim, Da'eeman Abada, Ala Habibi Ka Khayli-Khalki Kulli Himeen.
00:23This is a special segment of Najneen Kanaan Nehmat-e-Aftar, Islah-e-Muashera.
00:27Your host, Dr. Sarwar Hussain Naqshbandi is here to serve you.
00:30The second Ashram of Ramadan Mubarak has begun, the Ashram of Forgiveness.
00:36May Allah bless us all with His mercy and blessings.
00:39May Allah enable us to benefit from this Ashram of Forgiveness.
00:47In the context of Islah-e-Muashera and Islah-e-Ahwal,
00:53I would like to present a statement of the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
01:01The Holy Prophet was asked,
01:04Who is the person that Allah does not like?
01:08The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was surprised.
01:11This was a blessed way of asking questions.
01:15Sometimes the questioner asks the question, and sometimes the questioner asks the question.
01:19This attracts the attention of the listener.
01:22The questioner was asked,
01:24Do you know who is the person that Allah does not like?
01:27The Companions replied,
01:30The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, knows best.
01:33The statement was,
01:35Allah and His Messenger know best.
01:41The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
01:46The person that Allah does not like is the person who is very quarrelsome.
01:53The person who is always angry with the other person.
01:56The person who is always quarreling over trivial matters.
01:59The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used the word,
02:02The person who is very quarrelsome.
02:05There are people around us who quarrel over trivial matters.
02:09The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
02:12The person who is always quarreling over trivial matters is the person that Allah does not like.
02:17May Allah grant us the ability to avoid this.
02:20Let us move on to the topic of today's topic.
02:27Then we will introduce you to our guests.
02:31Today's topic is murder.
02:35In order to take revenge, in a state of anger, or in other matters,
02:42we do not consider taking someone's life to be such a big crime.
02:47In the form of revenge, we consider taking someone's life to be a trivial matter.
02:51How is it to take someone's life in the presence of Allah and His Messenger?
02:56How is it to kill someone unjustly?
03:00We will talk about this today.
03:02Let us introduce you to our guests.
03:04Dr. Mufti Irfanullah Saifi is with us.
03:08Peace be upon you.
03:09Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.

03:22Mr. Ghulam Muhammad Party, who is very well-known for his relationship with Allah.
03:29He says that his name is known for his relationship with Allah.
03:34So, we give precedence to his name.
03:37Thank you very much.
03:38You have a relationship with Darwar-e-Ghousia as well.
03:40You also have a connection with Faizan.
03:42You attend the madrasas and shrines of the saints of Allah.

04:52Peace be upon you.
05:22Peace be upon you.
05:52Peace be upon you.
06:22Peace be upon you.
06:52Peace be upon you.
06:54Peace be upon you.
07:22Peace be upon you.
07:24You started the speech with the words of Allah and presented it beautifully.
07:41Let's start the conversation.
07:42Dr. sahib, we have the subject of killing.
07:44To kill a person is extremely bad.
07:49Obviously, to kill someone is extremely bad.
07:53What is the guidance of the Qur'an, Sunnah and our religion for us?
07:59Thank you very much.
08:01In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Ever Merciful.
08:03First of all, we should understand that man, who is a beautiful creation of Allah,
08:10Allah the Almighty has blessed him with His special honour and honour,
08:16Allah the Almighty has blessed him with His special honour and honour,
08:25Allah the Almighty has blessed him with His special honour and honour.
08:32This means that man is not ordinary.
08:35Man is the best of the creations of Allah the Almighty.
08:39So, it is very important to respect and respect man.
08:46Allah the Almighty did not even like to insult any human being.
08:52And the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, also guaranteed that
08:56it is not allowed to hurt anyone with a single sentence.
09:01It is a very far thing to know.
09:03Several verses of the Holy Qur'an tell us that
09:08a heinous crime like murdering a human being is considered to be the murder of all humanity.
09:13Allah the Almighty has said,
09:16whoever kills a human being,
09:19Allah the Almighty has said,
09:21whoever kills a human being,
09:24Allah the Almighty has said,
09:26and what is the purpose?
09:28It is not for the sake of killing.
09:30It is a heinous murder.
09:32Or to spread disorder in the land,
09:34or to spread terror,
09:36or to spread terror,
09:38Allah the Almighty has said,
09:40it is a heinous murder.
09:41And then, the Holy Qur'an has said,
09:43whoever intentionally kills someone,
09:46whoever intentionally kills someone,
09:49Allah the Almighty has said,
09:51his abode will be Hell.
09:53And Allah the Almighty will put him in Hell forever.
09:59You can see the glory of these verses,
10:02that Allah the Almighty is ordering with such severity.
10:06And the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
10:08has given such a law by the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
10:10that, killing a Muslim,
10:12killing a Muslim,
10:14to the other Muslim,
10:16the other Muslim is sacred,
10:18to the other Muslim is sacred,
10:20its blood,
10:22its wealth,
10:23its honour is lawful,
10:24is sacred.
10:26In fact, a Hadith in Mubarak,
10:28the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
10:30has said that,
10:32killing a believer,
10:34in the sight of Allah,
10:36if the universe,
10:38The killing of a believer is a greater sin than the killing of God.
10:41Now you see how severe this crime of killing is in the eyes of God.
10:46And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was once circumambulating the Ka'bah.
10:51And while circumambulating the Ka'bah, he described the honour, dignity and glory of the Ka'bah.
10:55And he said, the Ka'bah is a great honour for you, but the dignity of a believer is greater than you.
11:01So we learn from this that God does not like the killing of a believer.
11:05In fact, God does not like the killing of any human being, even if he is a non-believer.
11:11Yes, that's right.
11:12Qari Sahib, it is obvious that worldly punishments have been imposed by the Shariah and the religion.
11:18If a person is saved from those punishments for any reason, then there are other punishments as well.
11:27And please guide us on how to deal with worldly and other punishments when someone is killed unjustly.
11:34Yes.
11:35Respected Qibla Dr. Sahib, this is a very important topic.
11:38Islam teaches us about peace.
11:41And the verses of the Holy Qur'an are very important in relation to worldly and other punishments.
11:47In Surah Nisa, verse number 93, Allah says,
11:53Allah says,
12:02Qibla Dr. Sahib, Allah has mentioned five punishments in this verse.
12:05Allah says,
12:08A person who intentionally kills someone,
12:11What is the first punishment?
12:13Allah says,
12:16Allah will put him in Hell.
12:18This is the first punishment.
12:19Then Allah says,
12:21And this is not a temporary punishment.
12:24Allah says,
12:25No, no.
12:26He will always be in Hell.
12:28This is the second punishment.
12:29Then Allah says,
12:32One is to enter Hell.
12:35Then there is eternal Hell.
12:36Then there is the wrath of Allah.
12:37Look at the glory of Allah.
12:39A person goes to Hell.
12:40The matter is over.
12:41But Allah says,
12:42There is also,
12:44There is also,
12:46Then Allah says,
12:49Allah says,
12:50There is also the wrath of Allah.
12:51And Allah says,
12:52There is also the curse of Allah.
12:54Dr. Sahib, look at the punishments.
12:56The glory of Allah is not over yet.
12:58There are so many punishments.
13:00There is Hell.
13:01Then there is eternal Hell.
13:03Then there is the wrath of Allah.
13:04Then there is the curse of Allah.
13:05Then in the end of this verse of the Quran, Allah says,
13:09Allah says,
13:12There is a greater punishment than this.
13:13Allah says,
13:14There is such a severe punishment.
13:16Allah says,
13:17Now look,
13:18The punishment that a believer receives,
13:21It is mentioned in the Hadeeth.
13:23And it is mentioned in Mujam Saghir.
13:25Hazrat Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him,
13:27He says,
13:28The people of the earth and the heavens should gather
13:32to kill someone.
13:34The people of the earth and the heavens should gather.
13:36And they should gather to kill him.
13:38Here in the Hadeeth, it is not written that they killed him.
13:41They gathered to kill him.
13:43Let's continue from here.
13:45It is time for the break.
13:46Viewers, stay with us.
13:47We will return after a short break.
13:50Viewers, we welcome you after the break.
13:52You are watching the program,
13:53The Blessings of Iftar and the Reformation of the Society.
13:56Today we are talking about
13:58Before going to the topic of killing and the break,
14:00Qari Sahib was narrating the Hadeeth.
14:02Qari Sahib, please continue from there.
14:04Dear viewers,
14:05Killing is such a great sin.
14:09It is such a great sin in the presence of Allah.
14:11I was narrating the Hadeeth of Mujam Saghir.
14:14Hazrat Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him,
14:16narrates that
14:17if the people of the earth and the heavens gather
14:20to kill someone,
14:22it is such a great sin
14:24that Allah will put everyone
14:26into the hell.
14:28It is such a great sin
14:30that Allah is so angry and angry
14:32that it is a curse on those people.
14:34If the people of the earth and the heavens gather,
14:36I will put everyone into the hell.
14:39The Lord of the universe said that
14:41it is a great sin.
14:42Therefore, a believer should avoid this sin.
14:44Absolutely right.
14:45Doctor Sahib,
14:46the punishment for this sin
14:48and the Islamic laws say that
14:50these are severe punishments
14:52and there is a possibility that
14:54humanity will be harmed.
14:56Many words are used for this.
15:00What do you say?
15:02If we compare the laws of other nations
15:04and the law of Islam on killing,
15:06what is the difference between the two?
15:10Doctor Sahib,
15:11we need to understand the philosophy
15:13of the Islamic punishments.
15:15What is the reason for the severe punishments
15:17that Islam has imposed?
15:19For example, in the Holy Quran,
15:21the punishment for killing is
15:23the punishment for killing.
15:25The punishment for killing is life.
15:30This is not only in Islam,
15:32but also in the Torah.
15:34The Quran mentions in Surah Al-Maidah
15:36that we imposed this on the people of the Torah
15:38that there is life in exchange for the eye
15:40and there is life in exchange for the ear.
15:42This means that the Islamic religions
15:44have always imposed these punishments
15:46and later people changed them.
15:48This was the commandment of Allah.
15:50Then the Holy Quran mentions the punishment
15:52for killing.
15:54Allah has imposed the punishment
15:56for killing on the dead.
15:58There will be life in exchange for life.
16:00Here, Allah has also told us
16:02the philosophy of this punishment.
16:04Allah has said that
16:06there is life in exchange for life.
16:08This means that the person who
16:10has left this world,
16:12now it is necessary to save
16:14the lives of other people
16:16so that the punishment is severe.
16:18When his killer is killed,
16:20then others will also learn
16:22and they will also understand
16:24that if we kill someone,
16:26then we will also have to go through
16:28this punishment.
16:30So their hand will stop
16:32and their courage will be weakened.
16:34This is the philosophy
16:36of the Islamic punishments.
16:38If we look at many other countries
16:40or if we look at Islamic countries
16:42where there is no practice
16:44on punishments,
16:46although there is a punishment,
16:48but there is no practice.
16:50There is no prohibition of crime
16:52and there are crimes
16:54in the morning and evening.
16:56What is the reason for this?
16:58There are no punishments
17:00or there is no practice on punishments.
17:02In Madinah-e-Tayyiba,
17:04the state of the Prophet,
17:06peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
17:08there is such a situation.
17:10There is a society of Arabs
17:12and then the foundation
17:14set by the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
17:16After that, the situation is such
17:18that people are not worried
17:20about anyone's life and wealth.
17:22Even if a woman wears jewelry
17:24and goes to Madinah-e-Tayyiba
17:26in the evening,
17:28she is not worried
17:30about her life.
17:32This is the real problem.
17:34Other people think
17:36that the person who is killed
17:38is dead,
17:40but the person who is alive
17:42should be taken care of.
17:44This encourages crime
17:46in the society.
17:48Other people also think
17:50that they will be punished
17:52for a few days
17:54and then the crime will not end.
17:56So, the punishments
17:58for crimes
18:00in the society
18:02are such that the crime
18:04is not committed.
18:06If you want to punish
18:08a thief,
18:10you can do it once or twice.
18:12Similarly,
18:14there are other punishments.
18:16Islam wants its followers
18:18to implement these punishments
18:20so that the society
18:22is peaceful and happy.
18:24Mr. Qari,
18:26when a person is killed,
18:28there is a whole story
18:30behind it.
18:32There are people
18:34who instigate him.
18:36There is anger.
18:38There are many factors
18:40that force a person
18:42to take extreme steps.
18:44Is there a limit
18:46to the people
18:48who plan,
18:50advise,
18:52and impose
18:54on the society?
19:24There is no word
19:26or sentence
19:28in the Qur'an.
19:30There is only one word.
19:32So, what is the punishment
19:34for him?
19:36On the Day of Judgment,
19:38when all the people
19:40will come to Allah,
19:42it will be written on his forehead
19:44that he is far from Allah
19:46and Allah's mercy.
19:48The whole world will see
19:50that he is far from Allah's mercy.
19:52The whole world will see
19:54that he is far from Allah's mercy.
19:56The words of curses
19:58will be written on his forehead.
20:00The Qur'an says,
20:02cooperate with one another
20:04in good deeds
20:06and do not cooperate
20:08with one another
20:10in bad deeds.
20:12So, the person
20:14who cooperates
20:16will be included.
20:18The government of Bukhari
20:20Hazrat Abu Bakr
20:22may Allah be pleased with him,
20:24said,
20:26there is a word
20:28which is also important.
20:30He said,
20:32the murderer and the killed
20:34will both go to hell.
20:36The Companion said,
20:38O Messenger of Allah,
20:40the murderer will go to hell
20:42because he killed the oppressed.
20:44He is a hell-bound.
20:46But why is the killed
20:48The Companion said,
20:50the killed was also determined
20:52to kill the murderer.
20:54But he was attacked.
20:56He said,
20:58the killed will go to hell
21:00because he was determined
21:02to kill the murderer.
21:04I would like to present
21:06a beautiful incident
21:08of the government of two worlds.
21:10Hazrat Ismama bin Salal
21:12was also a murderer.
21:14Many people killed him.
21:16The Prophet of Allah said,
21:18bring him.
21:20He was brought.
21:22He was tied with the satoon
21:24of the Prophet.
21:26The Prophet came to him
21:28and asked him,
21:30what is your condition?
21:32He was also a leader.
21:34He said,
21:36I am a leader.
21:38If you want to kill me,
21:40then do it.
21:42If you want to kill me,
21:44then do it.
21:46Bring milk,
21:48feed him.
21:50Hazrat Ismama bin Salal
21:52asked him,
21:54what is your condition?
21:56He said,
21:58I am a murderer.
22:00But your kindness
22:02and kindness
22:04is such
22:06that you are
22:08the most
22:10respected person
22:12in the world.
22:14But your kindness
22:16has made me the most
22:18beloved person.
22:20Your Madinah
22:22has made me the most
22:24respected person
22:26in the world.
22:28MashaAllah.
22:30MashaAllah.
22:32MashaAllah.
22:34MashaAllah.
22:36MashaAllah.
22:38MashaAllah.
22:40It is an extreme step
22:42to kill someone.
22:44What can be the reasons for this?
22:46There are different
22:48reasons for this.
22:50Sometimes,
22:52a person is
22:54punished for small things.
22:56And a person
22:58cannot tolerate it.
23:00And then he commits a crime
23:02like murder.
23:04Sometimes,
23:06a person
23:08commits a crime
23:10like murder
23:12to show off
23:14and to show off
23:16that he lives in this area.
23:18He commits a crime
23:20like murder.
23:22Psychologically,
23:24we have seen in the past
23:26that there was a psychiatric patient
23:28who killed 100 children.
23:30Sometimes,
23:32there are such problems.
23:34Sometimes,
23:36a person commits a crime
23:38like murder
23:40to show off
23:42and to show off
23:44that he lives in this area.
23:46Sometimes,
23:48a person commits a crime
23:50like murder
23:52to show off
23:54and to show off
23:56that he lives in this area.
23:58Allah has set
24:00limits for everything.
24:02Prophet Muhammad
24:04did not allow anyone
24:06to take law into their hands.
24:08If someone kills someone,
24:10then the rest of the things are wrong.
24:12Prophet Muhammad
24:14even prohibited those reasons.
24:16Prophet Muhammad said,
24:18do not abuse any Muslim.
24:20Sibabul muslimi fusuqun.
24:22Abusing a Muslim is Fisk.
24:24This is a sin.
24:26Usually, a fight starts from here.
24:28Abuse.
24:30He prohibited abusing.
24:32Prophet Muhammad
24:34prohibited abusing.
24:36If we read the style of the Holy Quran,
24:38Prophet Muhammad
24:40forbids sin.
24:42But he also forbids
24:44things that lead to sin.
24:46For example,
24:48do not go near adultery.
24:50This is murder.
24:52Prophet Muhammad
24:54forbids things
24:56that lead to sin.
24:58Prophet Muhammad
25:00forbids adultery.
25:02Prophet Muhammad
25:04forbids adultery.
25:06Prophet Muhammad
25:08forbids adultery.
25:10Prophet Muhammad
25:12forbids adultery.
25:14Prophet Muhammad
25:16forbids adultery.
25:18Prophet Muhammad
25:20forbids adultery.
25:22Prophet Muhammad
25:24forbids adultery.
25:26Prophet Muhammad
25:28forbids adultery.
25:30Prophet Muhammad
25:32forbids adultery.
25:34Prophet Muhammad
25:36forbids adultery.
