01:51And in light of the Holy Quran and Sunnah,

02:05So, today's topic is Haq Talfi.

08:41Haq Talfi.
08:43First of all,
08:44we have to understand the meaning of this.
08:46Haq Talfi means that
08:47killing someone who has the right to kill.
08:50This is the general meaning.
08:53Allah, the Lord of Glory,
08:54has said in the Holy Quran,
08:56Surah Nisa,
08:58O you who believe,
09:00do not eat one another's property in an unlawful manner.
09:04O you who believe,
09:06do not eat one another's property in an unlawful manner.
09:11Do not eat what is not your right
09:14and do not kill the right of another.
09:16Similarly,
09:17Allah, the Lord of Glory,
09:19said in the beginning of Surah Mutaffifin,
09:22that those who eat the right of others,
09:25what is the warning for them and what is the end?
09:27He said,
09:30Those who reduce in the measure,
09:33for them it is destruction.
09:35Reducing in the measure
09:37is to eat and kill the right of others.
09:40And further,
09:41Allah, the Lord of Glory,
09:42said that
09:43these are the people
09:44who when it is their right,
09:46they ask for it completely.
09:48And when it is the right of others,
09:51they reduce from it.
09:53And he said,
09:54Have these people forgotten the Day of Judgment?
09:57The Day when there will be a day of great severity
10:00and these people will be presented.
10:02So from this point,
10:03we came to know that
10:05the people who kill the right of others,
10:08for them it is destruction and destruction.
10:10Now let's move forward.
10:11Allah, the Lord of Glory,
10:12said at another point,
10:14Those who eat the property of orphans in an unjust manner.
10:18Those people who eat the property of orphans
10:22in an unjust and unjust manner.
10:29They fill their bellies with fire.
10:32And Allah, the Lord of Glory,
10:33said,
10:35Not only are they filling their bellies with fire,
10:38but their abode is Hell and Hellfire.
10:41That is,
10:42the people who do unjust things,
10:44about them,
10:45the Quran,
10:46Furqan-e-Hameed,
10:47has stated so clearly
10:49that
10:50there is destruction for them in this world,
10:53there is destruction,
10:54and in the Hereafter,
10:55there is displeasure of Allah,
10:57there is anger and wrath,
10:59and in the same way,
11:00their abode is Hell.
11:02So this is from the Quran,
11:03Furqan-e-Hameed,
11:04with a few verses,
11:06we have heard about those who do unjust things,
11:09and the consequences of it.
11:11If we try to understand this topic
11:14from the hadith of the Prophet,
11:16peace and blessings be upon him,
11:18then I will briefly explain it to our viewers.
11:22It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira,
11:24may Allah be pleased with him,
11:26that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,
11:28asked the Companions,
11:29What is Muflis?
11:30Do you know what is Muflis?
11:32He said,
11:33O my Companions,
11:34do you know who is Muflis and who is Gharib?
11:37The Companions said,
11:38O Messenger of Allah,
11:39the person who does not have wealth,
11:42who does not have money,
11:43he is Muflis.
11:45So the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,
11:47said,
11:48Muflis is the one
11:49who offers prayers,
11:51fasts,
11:52and Zakat on the Day of Judgment,
11:54and in addition to that,
11:56there is abuse in his character,
11:59he also kills people,
12:01he also accuses people,
12:03he also kills people.
12:04If this is also included in his actions,
12:06then his good deeds,
12:08in return,
12:09those whom he abused,
12:11those whom he killed,
12:13are given to him,
12:14until his good deeds are in vain,
12:17and then his sins are put on him,
12:23and then Allah commands,
12:26and he is put into the fire.
12:29That is,
12:30from the Hadith of the Prophet,
12:31we also understood that
12:32those who kill others,
12:35their end is hell,
12:38and fire,
12:39there they get the wrath of Allah.
12:42Therefore,
12:43we should fulfill the rights of others.
12:46This is the teaching of the Quran and the Hadith.
12:49Absolutely right.

14:21wa ala alihi wa sahbihi wa sallim.
14:23First of all,

14:31which is of great benefit to humanity.
14:34Allah, the Lord of Glory,
14:35has given us religion,
14:36in which,
14:37a fundamental thing is included,
14:38which is peace and security.
14:40Right.
14:41And,
14:42the violation of rights,
14:43destroys peace and security the most.
14:45Right.
14:46Allah, the Lord of Glory,
14:47in the previous nations,
14:48has mentioned destruction.
14:50So,
14:51the nation that has been destroyed,
14:52in that too,
14:53there are social losses.
14:54And,
14:55the biggest flaw,
14:56on which the nations were punished,
14:57was the violation of rights.
14:58The nation of Hazrat Shoaib A.S.
14:59was punished for two reasons.
15:01In the Quran,
15:02on the 8th page of Furqan-e-Hameed,
15:03on the last page,
15:04and in the beginning of the 9th page,
15:05which is present in the Quran,
15:06two crimes were found in him.
15:07One,
15:08he used to reduce the number of people.
15:09And,
15:10secondly,
15:11he used to sit on the road,
15:12to do injustice to people.
15:13He used to block the road.
15:14Allah, the Lord of Glory,
15:15has mentioned these two crimes,
15:17and destroyed the whole nation.
15:19Right.
15:20If we see the nation of Lut A.S.,
15:21the matter of violation of rights,
15:22the women were violated.
15:23Allah, the Lord of Glory,
15:24destroyed the whole nation.
15:26In front of the nation of Musa A.S.,
15:28the nation of Pharaoh,
15:29they used to violate their rights.
15:30They used to waste all their rights.
15:32Allah, the Lord of Glory,
15:33destroyed the whole nation.
15:34So, when the violation of rights starts,
15:37what is the violation of rights?
15:40It is to remove something from its place,
15:42and put it somewhere else.
15:43Right.
15:44The place is somewhere else,
15:45and you put it somewhere else.
15:46This is included in the Shariah,
15:47in the words of Adal B.S.
15:50So, Allah, the Lord of Glory,
15:51has humiliated the violation of rights the most.
15:54Right.
15:55And, in the violation of rights,
15:56the self-respect of the next person is ruined.
15:58When the right of the next person is violated,
16:00his position is snatched.
16:02There is a shortage in his livelihood.
16:03All these issues arise from the violation of rights.
16:05And, Allah, the Lord of Glory,
16:06has humiliated it.
16:07There is a clear statement of
16:09the Messenger of Allah,
16:10Sayyid-e-Alam Muhammad-e-Mustafa,
16:12peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
16:13and the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
16:14The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
16:15said,
16:18In Bukhari and Muslim,
16:19all the books of Hadith,
16:20the Hadith is very clear.
16:21He said,
16:22A Muslim is the one
16:23whose hands and tongue
16:24will protect the rest of the Muslims.
16:25Allahu Akbar.
16:26And, the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
16:27was sacrificed for the corruption.
16:28He took the name of two things,
16:29his tongue and his hands.
16:30So, the tongue and the hands
16:31are two things
16:32on which
16:3380 percent of our society
16:34revolves.
16:35So, a person,
16:36with this hand,
16:37grabs someone's property
16:38as a bribe.
16:39Using this hand,
16:40a person steals.
16:41Using this hand,
16:42a person gets angry.
16:43Using this hand,
16:44a person grabs
16:45each other's poor.
16:46Using this hand,
16:47a person even kills
16:48the next person.
16:49And, using this tongue,
16:50a person
16:51takes someone's right.
16:52Using this tongue,
16:53a person swears.
16:54This is considered
16:55a sign of hypocrisy.
16:56Using this tongue,
16:57a person
16:58steals
16:59and
17:00kills.
17:01Using this tongue,
17:02a person uses it
17:03and hurts
17:04the next person.
17:05So, the hadith is pure.
17:06Abu Musa Ash-Sharif says,
17:07I heard the Prophet of Allah
17:08say,
17:09Al-Muslimu
17:10la yahkuru
17:11al-Muslima
17:12wa la yazlimuhu
17:13A Muslim is one
17:14who does not even
17:15consider others
17:16as lowly
17:17and does not even
17:18oppress them.
17:19wa la yakhzulahu
17:20And, he said,
17:21do not become
17:22the reason for their
17:23humiliation.
17:24Then, the Prophet said,
17:25Taqwa ha huna.
17:26The Prophet said,
17:27Taqwa is here.

27:17Mervi riwayat se hai ki aka e kareem alayhi salatu wasalam ne farmaya ki jab kahin jagda peyda ho jaye
27:25Haq lene ki wajah se or jiska haq ho
27:28Wo janta bhi ho ki yeh mera haq hai lekin jagda bachne ke liye maashire mein aman ko baar karar rakhne ke liye
27:35Wo apna haq maaf kar deta hai to Allah ta'ala uske liye jannat mein ghar ki bisharat ataafat
27:40Allahu akbar
27:42to yeh hazrat abu obama ki riwayat se tha isi tarah
27:45Dusi riwayat hai ki hazrat abu qatada se ki aka kareem alayhi salatu wasalam ne
27:51farmaya ki jo banda jo apna haq jo uska hai agar kisi ko maaf kar deta hai chod deta hai
27:58to Allah rabbul Izzat usko qiyamat ki hol naaqiyun se maifuz farmayega
28:03parishaniyun se maifuz farmayega
28:05hazrat abu haraira razi allahu ta'ala anhu beyan karte hain ki aka e kareem alayhi salatu wasalam ne farmaya
28:11ki ek shakhs tha jo logon ko karza deta tha
28:14aur usne karza wasool karne ke liye apna ek naujawan pa bandh kiya hua tha
28:19usko wasiyat yeh ki thi
28:21ki agar koi kamzor hai ghareeb hai faqeer hai
28:24to usse tajawaz kar jana hai usko chod dena hai
28:27to jab wo banda foth hua
28:29fa tajawaza anhu
28:31to aka e kareem ne farmaya Allah ne bhi usse tajawaz farmaya
28:34aur usse maaf farmaya
28:36to yaani haq ko chodna
28:38Allah ke haam khair aur barkat ka zariya hai
28:41jannat mein isse bada maqam milta hai
28:43mufti sahab hum yeh Quran o sunnat ki roshni mein yeh dekhte hain
28:47ki kisi ka haq khaana ya talf karna ya usko ghassab karna
28:51gunaam jo hai wo usme aata hai
28:53Allah ki naraazgi ka uske rasool ki naraazgi ka sabab hai
28:56uske ba wajood bhi yeh hota chala jaa raha hai
28:59to uski bunyadi wajah kya hai
29:01aur iska tadaaruk kaise mumkin hai
29:03aur kis tarah se hum doosron ke hukook ka khayaal rakne wale bandh jayein
29:06talf karne ke

29:27jab koi shafs guna karta hai to uske dil ko nukta ban jata hai
29:29firmaya nuktatun sawda
29:31fir firmaya ke kuch der ke baad
29:34to nukta aur bad jata hai
29:36fir jahan tak ki uska sara dil kaala ho jata hai
29:38to Huzoor ne rishad firmaya ki
29:40al-ismu ma khatar fi kalb-e-bashar
29:42guna hota hi wo hai jo insaan ke dil ko khatke
29:44lekan dusri hadith-e-paak mein wazaad kardi
29:46ki jab insaan ka sara dil kaala ho jata hai
29:48to usko guna masoos hi nahi hota
29:50aur fir Huzoor ne Quran-e-paak ki
29:52ayat padi bal raana ala qulubihim
29:54unke dilon ke upar zhang chad gaya hai
29:56to jab insaan guna musalsal karta hai
29:58pehle pehle to aisa hota hai
30:00ki insaan guna karta hai to hadith-e-paak
30:02mein ishaara mil jata hai Huzoor ne firmaya
30:04ki insaan ka dil khadakta hai ki yeh guna hai
30:06to uska sabse pehla mufti
30:08andar ke wajood uska apna bolta hai
30:10uske baad jab insaan guna mein bebaak ho jata hai
30:12ab dekha na guna gaar ki hasiyat se bhi
30:14humaari fiqh ke andar do lafz-e-istamal hote hain
30:16ek ko aam gunagar kaha gaya
30:18ek ko faas-e-ke-moulin kaha gaya
30:20faas-e-ke-moulin wo hai jo ilaniya guna kare
30:22aur kisi se dare bhi na
30:24to us shaks ki to imaman tak
30:26koi mamnu karar de diya gaya
30:28yahan tak ki usko azaan aur takbir
30:30kahne ki ajazat nahi hai
30:32uski shahadat kabool nahi ki jati
30:34kyunki uski andar ek bebaaki wali jo kaifiyat pehda ho jati hai
30:36wo insaan ke upar pehda ho jati hai
30:38aur jo haqook ki baat ho rahi thi na
30:40insaan kabhi insaan ka zaati haq hota hai
30:42aur kabhi insaan ke us haq ka taaluk
30:44mawashara ke saath hota hai
30:46agar insaan ke haq chhodne se uski zaat ko nuksaan
30:48pochda hai to wahan to maafi ka hukam hai
30:50lekar agar insaan ke us haq
30:52chhodne ki wajah se ek mawashara
30:54taba ho raha hai to phir usko haq
30:56lene ka hukm hai
30:58yusuf al-islam ke saamne oda ka zikar kiya gaya
31:00to aapne khud firmaaya ki main ye oda
31:02main kabool karunga
31:04wajah kya thi ki mawashara ke upar main
31:06islam ke ahkamat ka nifaaz kar sakoon
31:08aur logon ke andar main aman kaim kar sakoon
31:10dok sab koi kya pegham dete hain
31:12aaj ki sari guftugon ki roshni me
31:14kis tarah se hum
31:16bach sakte hain doosron ki
31:18talfi se unka ghasab karne se
31:20aur apne hukook ko bhi kis tarah se
31:22hum mefooz bana sakte hain
31:24main apne nazareen ko yeh pegham doonga

31:34jo cheez taba ho barbaad karti hai
