Sir Keir Starmer makes a statement to a packed House of Commons on the situation in Ukraine, after meeting Donald Trump on Thursday and European leaders on Sunday. The prime minister says the UK must strengthen its relationship with the US but will "never choose between either side of the Atlantic".
