00:04is a negotiated peace settlement.
00:06But it has to be a peace settlement that
00:08is on terms that are acceptable to President Zelensky
00:11and to the people of Ukraine.
00:12The Home Secretary and myself have announced this morning
00:14that we will be preventing Russian elites, who've
00:17previously been able to travel to London and the United
00:20Kingdom, from doing so in the future.
00:22That is the right move, both in terms
00:23of bolstering our own national security,
00:25but also in terms of putting additional pressure
00:27on Putin and the Russian regime.
00:29This is a very useful tool that we've announced this morning
00:32that will prevent those people who
00:33are aligned to the Putin regime from travelling
00:36to the United Kingdom in the way that they have done previously.
00:38That's good for our national security, but bad for Putin.
