00:00A car of a photojournalist in Quezon City was blown up by a molotov.

00:05Persons of interest were riding in tandem in the area.

00:08J.P. Soriano was there.

00:14It was an early day on Wednesday on this road in Quezon City

00:18where there were parked cars.

00:20There was a fire that was ignited in a white car.

00:24Until there was a riding in tandem and it was followed by an explosion.

00:29I heard a loud explosion.

00:32Then I saw a motorcycle with a rider.

00:37But they didn't go straight. They were just looking.

00:41We were asleep.

00:43Then we woke up because there was a sudden explosion.

00:46When we got out of the road, we saw this car.

00:50There was a fire here in the middle.

00:52The car that exploded was owned by a photojournalist, Michael Vargas.

00:57A few seconds after I left, there was a loud explosion.

01:01When I got out, I saw that my car was on fire.

01:08Based on the investigation of the QCPD Explosive Ordnance Disposal,

01:13an improvised molotov was used for the explosion.

01:16The QCPD captured another CCTV footage of another angle of the incident.

01:22There was a stop, then there was a fire, and then there was an explosion.

01:27That was the initial thing that we saw in the CCTV.

01:32Motorcycle riders are persons of interest.

01:35They are not yet identified because they are wearing helmets.

01:37According to the QCPD, there is no solid evidence that Vargas is the target

01:43because there is no mention of him

01:45and there is no evidence that he has a connection to the work.
