01:05emotional New York Police Commissioner Bill Bratton said they were quite simply assassinated.
01:10Police named the shooter as 28-year-old Ismael Brinsley, an African-American who shot and
01:15seriously wounded his ex-girlfriend in Baltimore early Saturday. He then drove to Brooklyn
01:19to murder the two officers and fatally shot himself in the head. Master developers and
01:24those with proven track records of delivery will have the edge if investor sentiments
01:28in Dubai property markets were to tighten further. This will further non-Tier A developers
01:33with having to get more innovative and offering something more to win over buyer confidence,
01:38an industry survey compiled by HADF and Partners found. About 70% of respondents in the survey
01:43believe that sub-developers need to come up with better payment plans, lower prices and
01:47more balanced contracts to get into their off-plan projects.
