00:00The Philippine Navy and the Philippine Coast Guard are continuing to monitor the Chinese research vessel of China
00:05that entered the archipelagic waters of the Philippines.
00:09The Chinese research vessel Lan Hai 101 of 17 nautical miles from Lubang, Occidental, Mindoro was last seen.
00:17The so-called research vessel of Linggo was the first to be seen,
00:20which is sailing in the eastern part of Palawan.
00:23The Philippine Navy's ship BRP Andres Bonifacio will be deployed immediately,
00:27and another ship of the Philippine Coast Guard, BRP Melchorra Aquino, will be deployed to monitor it.
00:32The Chinese research vessel responded well and said that their rerouting
00:38was due to the poor condition of the sea in the eastern part of Palawan,
00:43and they were determined to follow the rites of innocent passage.
00:47The Navy said that the Chinese research vessel came from Port Klang in Malaysia
00:52and will return to Shandong, China.
00:54The AFP assured that they are continuing to monitor to ensure the safety of our seas.
01:00Meanwhile, the AFP also monitored after raising the alert in Palawan and Basilan
01:04due to debris from the Chinese rocket that may have fallen in the said provinces.
01:10The Office of Civil Defense and the Philippine Space Agency first issued a warning
01:14about the drop zones where the public is being warned not to approach or touch in case debris is seen.
