00:00Bismillah-e-Rahman-e-Rahim.
00:03Dars-e-Bukhari's series in the last program reached 2596th number in Hadith-e-Pak.
00:10And Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him,
00:14was narrating, he said,
00:16Salb bin Jassama Laisi was one of the companions of the government.
00:21He presented a wild donkey as a gift to the government.
00:25The mercy of Allah the Almighty forbade him because he was in a state of Ihram.
00:31He did not know why he was forbidden.
00:34He was shocked.
00:35The government looked at his face and saw the effects of malice.
00:39Then he said, we have forbidden you because we are in a state of Ihram.
00:44I had mentioned in detail that in a state of Ihram,
00:47sometimes it is proven that it is forbidden to take a gift from the government.
00:51Why? You can see that in the last program.
00:54And then our discussion was going on that
00:57on the basis of any righteous reason,
00:59on the basis of any law of obstruction or excuse,
01:02it is completely permissible to reject the gift of the other person,
01:06even if his heart is hurting.
01:08So on this we had told you that some people are such that
01:11they are giving you things of bribery, of theft, of someone's anger.
01:16And you, I mean you in general.
01:20So in that we do not see where it came from.
01:23If it is not coming, then let it come into the house.
01:26And we receive it.
01:27This is completely wrong.
01:28Try that the one who takes public bribes,
01:30does illegal business, like the work of alcohol.
01:33Many people are selling alcohol outside.
01:36And the whole house supports them.
01:38If a person forbids that he is selling alcohol,
01:40there is no harm in it.
01:42This is absolutely forbidden.
01:44But they do not stop.
01:45And they say that they are doing everything, everything is going on.
01:48They will know all this in the hereafter.
01:51Not every outsider is like that.
01:53I explain again and again.
01:55There are one to one pious people present there.
01:57But there are many who after going there,
02:00understand that, God forbid, God forbid,
02:02the law of nature and all things,
02:04the whole universe has come into our fist.
02:07Shariah has also come.
02:08Do whatever you want, whatever you do,
02:10Allah cannot hold us back.
02:12Although they do not say it verbally.
02:14But their actions show that they themselves spread a new Shariah.
02:17They are going against Shariah.
02:19They are presenting bogus arguments and useless arguments.
02:23And if a religious person tells an issue,
02:25they get angry with him.
02:26They do social back-out.
02:28And yes, everything is going on.
02:29There are women who are unmasked.
02:31They try to justify.
02:34Look, even if this much has happened,
02:36you come to the mosque, it is enough.
02:38Who gave you permission to take as much as you want from Shariah
02:41and leave as much as you want?
02:43Who said that you have to go out and live?
02:45It is obligatory to follow Shariah.
02:47Those who believe, enter Islam completely.
02:52Whether you live in Asia, whether you live in Europe,
02:55whether you are in Pakistan,
02:57or in the UK, USA, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Canada.
03:01You will have to follow Shariah.
03:04If you think that even if we do a little or a lot,
03:08we will not be held back in the hereafter.
03:10Because we live in foreign countries.
03:12So bring evidence for this.
03:13From the Quran and Hadith.
03:14When you can't provide evidence,
03:16you made Shariah on your own.
03:18You made a conclusion for the hereafter.
03:20Without evidence.
03:22The same conclusion is adopted by every religious person.
03:25Whoever sees a religious person,
03:27he will say to himself,
03:28I will go to heaven.
03:29I will not be held back.
03:30I will not be in torment.
03:31Because I do good deeds.
03:33Now explain to them that
03:34because of the destruction of your faith,
03:36your good deeds will also be destroyed.
03:37He will not be ready to believe.
03:39So in the same way, without evidence,
03:41I said that God forbid,
03:42he is not a disbeliever, he is a Muslim.
03:44He is doing it as a disbeliever.
03:45But when is it permissible for a Muslim
03:47to go against the requirements of Shariah?
03:50Therefore, we have made these things on our own.
03:53So I have seen many people
03:54who are doing all kinds of wrong things outside.
03:57And they are completely free.
03:59They are in contact with those who do wrong things.
04:02They are accepting their gifts and giving them.
04:04Whereas there,
04:05if someone is earning a wrong livelihood,
04:07then you can't take his gifts.
04:09Robbery, bribery,
04:10robbery,
04:11anger.
04:12And you know.
04:13Then why do you take it?
04:15So if your friend does such a thing,
04:18if there is a relative,
04:20cousin, etc.
04:21Do not do it at all.
04:22You should not take unlawful risks in your stomach.
04:25It will be necessary to prevent.
04:27Similarly, there are some people
04:29like Allah said
04:30that do not exchange your charity for pleasure and harm.
04:33Do not waste your charity by doing good
04:36and causing harm.
04:39Some people are like this.
04:40In the full gathering,
04:41we did not do this to you.
04:42We did not give you so much money
04:44that we did not get your son a job.
04:46By doing good,
04:47we hurt you.
04:49And sometimes
04:51we tell someone
04:52that if you have helped someone,
04:54he told me.
04:55Someone helped me.
04:56Now it has reached your ears
04:58that someone was saying
04:59that we have helped you.
05:00Now it hurts
05:01that why did you tell?
05:03Some people are like white flies.
05:05They do not want to take someone's favor.
05:07First you insisted and gave them.
05:09Then you beat them in the whole market.
05:11In the whole family.
05:12And that poor man was not able to show his face
05:14that you had asked for money from someone.
05:16This is
05:17causing harm.
05:19So Allah says
05:20that do not waste your charity
05:22by doing good
05:23and causing harm.
05:25Therefore, there are some relatives
05:27who give gifts.
05:28If they take gifts,
05:29then they play drums.
05:30They play drums everywhere.
05:32We gave them such an expensive watch.
05:34We gave such a simple thing on the anniversary.
05:37In this way,
05:38by doing good,
05:39they try to destroy the dignity
05:41of a white man.
05:43Now if that poor man
05:44refuses for this reason
05:45that I do not take.
05:46Thank you very much.
05:47May Allah reward you.
05:48Keep it with you.
05:49That later he will humiliate me.
05:51He will tell everywhere.
05:52This is also right in terms of Shariah.
05:54You can absolutely refuse.
05:56Because some people
05:57have such a habit.
05:59Similarly,
06:00some people are such
06:01who give something
06:02and expect an answer.
06:05That they will come to your house
06:07and bring gifts.
06:08Then they will think
06:09that if they come to our house,
06:10then they should bring
06:11gifts of the same price.
06:12And in the same way,
06:13for sacrifice,
06:14for example,
06:15if they send goat meat,
06:16then they want
06:17that you also send
06:18meat from a good place.
06:19And if you are not able to do it,
06:21then they make noise.
06:23You have been eating for so long.
06:25You ate our sweets.
06:26You did this,
06:27you did that.
06:28But did our child's hair fall?
06:30This car.
06:31They will throw it like this.
06:32Bring this car.
06:33Tell me.
06:34Did you do business
06:35or did you give a gift?
06:37If you did business,
06:38then it is fine.
06:39Whatever money we gave,
06:40we should also get this thing.
06:42You gave a gift.
06:44So this is also a situation
06:46that some people
06:47give very expensive gifts
06:49and then expect
06:50and wish for an answer.
06:52And here,
06:53a poor man
06:54cannot give such expensive gifts.
06:56His pocket money
06:57or his budget
06:58does not allow.
06:59And if he does something
07:00beyond the time,
07:01then there is a disbalance here.
07:03So,
07:04you can absolutely
07:05refuse.
07:06Don't refuse a gift.
07:07But don't give such expensive gifts.
07:09I am not taking it.
07:11Refuse.
07:12Refuse completely.
07:13There is no harm in this.
07:15There are such women.
07:17You take four pairs from me.
07:19You take six pairs.
07:21She is fair-skinned.
07:23She is a good woman.
07:24She is refusing.
07:25No, no.
07:26Take it.
07:27And then later,
07:28give taunts
07:29that you had taken
07:30six pairs from us
07:31and gave one pair in return.
07:32That too,
07:33such a waste.
07:34So,
07:35why did you give six pairs?
07:36You should have told us
07:37that you are giving six pairs.
07:38So,
07:39you will have to take
07:40a return for it.
07:41And then,
07:42you should have known
07:43that you can give a return.
07:44So,
07:45I will give you a gift
07:46or not.
07:47First,
07:48you forced her to give it.
07:49Now,
07:50when you expect and wish for an answer
07:51and if she does not give it,
07:52then you are
07:53ruining her reputation.
07:54Such people
07:55can also be refused.
07:56Shariah does not
07:57prohibit this.
07:58Similarly,
07:59if there is a gift
08:00that is harmful to health
08:01and you live alone
08:02or there is
08:03a diabetic patient
08:04in the whole house
08:05and you
08:06send him
08:07some sweets
08:08and the sweets
08:09are so sweet
08:10that the sweets
08:11themselves are ashamed
08:12that why did I
08:13put so much in it.
08:14And he
08:15is sending you
08:16and you
08:17can tell him
08:18that no one
08:19will eat in our house
08:20and it will be a waste.
08:21Or send it to someone else.
08:22Such gifts
08:23can also be
08:24prohibited.
08:25Similarly,
08:26if someone
08:27is giving a gift
08:28as a bribe,
08:29then it is
08:30not
08:31acceptable.
08:32Some
08:33scholars have
08:34written that
08:35if a jinn
08:36gives a gift
08:37to a woman,
08:38then it is
08:39a bribe for
08:40adultery.
08:41It is
08:42not
08:43acceptable.
08:44This does
08:45not happen
08:46with everyone
08:47but it
08:48also happens
08:49that if a
08:50jinn
08:51falls in love
08:52with a woman,
08:53then he
08:54gives her
08:55a gift.
08:56It
08:57will be
08:58like this
08:59if
09:00a
09:01jinn
09:02falls in
09:03love
09:04with a
09:05woman,
09:06then
09:07it
09:08is
09:09a
09:10bribe for
09:11adultery.
09:12Similarly,
09:13if a
09:14man and
09:15a woman
09:16are in
09:17a
09:18family,
09:19in
09:20school,
09:21in
09:22college,
09:23in
09:24university,
09:25on the
09:26internet,
09:27on Valentine
09:28Day,
09:29if
09:30a
09:31jinn
09:32falls
09:33in
09:34love
09:35with a
09:36woman,
09:37then
09:38it
09:39is
09:40a
09:41bribe for
09:42adultery.
09:43Similarly,
09:44if a
09:45jinn
09:46falls in
09:47love
09:48with a
09:49woman,
09:50then
09:51it
09:52is
09:53a
09:54bribe for
09:55adultery.
09:56Similarly,
09:57if
09:58a
09:59jinn
10:00falls
10:01in
10:02love
10:03with a
10:04woman,
10:05then
10:06it
10:07is
10:08a
10:09bribe for
10:10adultery.
10:27a
10:28jinn
10:29falls
10:30in
10:31love
10:32with a
10:33woman,
10:34then
10:35it
10:36is
10:37a
10:38bribe for
10:39adultery.
10:57a
10:58jinn
10:59falls
11:00in
11:01love
11:02with a
11:03woman,
11:04then
11:05it
11:06is

11:08bribe for
11:09adultery.
11:27a
11:28jinn
11:29falls

11:31love
11:32with a
11:33woman,
11:34then
11:35it
11:36is
11:37a
11:38bribe for
11:39adultery.
11:57a
11:58jinn
11:59falls
12:00in
12:01love
12:02with a
12:03woman,
12:04then

12:07a
12:08bribe for
12:09adultery.
12:27a
12:28jinn
12:29falls
12:30in
12:31love
12:32with a
