00:00As a support to the tourists from South Korea, the Korean Speaking Agents have set up the Tourist Assistance Call Center of the Department of Tourism that started this month.
00:09Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia-Frasco assured that it will be easier for the tourists from South Korea to ask for help and they will be able to enjoy the beautiful tourist spots in the country.
00:22In addition to that, President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. followed the directive on digitalization.
00:28They will continue to improve the quality of their services so that they can provide a world-class service to all tourists.
00:35As of January 30, 2025, more than Php 13,000 has been received from the Tourist Assistance Call Center, including Travel and Tourist Services, Accreditation from DOT, and others.
